Though he lost his longtime companion, Chico, Oso’s heart is still full of love and his tail never stops wagging. He is a joyful, playful dog with a personality that lights up any room. He has the energy of a perpetual pup, ready to zoom through the yard, chase a ball, or share endless cuddles with his favorite humans.Oso is incredibly affectionate and gentle. He loves his people and thrives on companionship, always eager to be near you, whether it’s for a walk, a snuggle, or a bit of play. He gets along well with female dogs, and while he can be selective with male dogs, slow introductions can work with the right match. Oso’s perfect home would have dog-savvy kids who understand the balance between fun and respect, and while he hasn’t been fully introduced to cats, his friendly and curious nature makes us hopeful.Oso enjoys wide-open spaces to run and play, and he’s particularly fond of water. This happy girl is a Great Pyrenees/Collie mix (best guess), about 2 years old and weighs 71 pounds. She is spayed, vaccinated, HW negative and on preventatives. Sandy gets along great with the children and small dog in her foster home. But honestly, she seems to love everyone and based on her breed, she will do well in any family environment. We don't know about cats though. She's house trained and working on crate training. terrellanimalalliance.org/application

Mork and Mindy were part of a large group of dogs that were abandoned in a poor area known for stray dogs. They survived because a few people in that area fed them, and 1 lady in particular tries to help as many as she can. We took them to get them off the street and give them a better life. These are sweet dogs that just need a chance to show you their personalities and their love. Rescued dogs like this make great pets because they are so grateful. Pinto was one of 7 pups that came to us with their Mom, Paisley. They were very fearful and unsocialized. Over time we rehabilitated 3 of his siblings and they were adopted. Pinto is now showing signs of progress and for the right home, is ready. A loving and patient home is what he needs to overcome his remaining fears but he is loving and wants to be your good boy! She was found in a ditch with her tiny puppies, doing her best to keep them safe until help arrived. Now that her babies are growing up, it’s finally her turn to find a safe, cozy place to call home. We’re helping a local lady rehome her and she needs a soft spot to land ASAP—fosters and adopters are both welcome! Sissy is great with other dogs and even cats, though she can be a little food-aggressive, so she’ll need someone patient and understanding during mealtimes. She’s got the heart of a survivor, the soul of a mama, and so much love to give.
