He is suddenly unwanted, confused, and at risk despite being a genuinely wonderful dog with people and other dogs. He walks great on leash, is VERY friendly, and is excellent with other dogs. He has so much potential and so much love to give — he just needs a home that understands his needs and will set him up for success. ✨ What makes him amazing: • Great with other dogs • Friendly and trusting • Walks beautifully on leash • Young, sweet, and eager to please • Not safe with chickens or free-roaming birds He didn’t deserve to lose his home over this. Puppy Jack is a handsome 4 1/2 month old Coonhound mix puppy looking for a family to help him blossom. Surrendered by his owner, this boy is very nervous upon meeting new people right now. He is a jumper and/or climber and will need a fully enclosed 6-foot fenced yard (not a chainlink fence, though). He will need a patient owner who has lots of time to spend with him while he learns the essentials. He’ll flourish with plenty of playtime, exercise, mental stimulation, socialization and love while he learns.Jack is up to date on vaccinations, heart worm negative, microchipped and will be neutered upon adoption . He is currently at our Freeport location.
