Tyler is just a ball of fire.  This boy loves to be loved by his human.  Tyler is not good with younger kids and kids that are not dog savvy.  What his dream home would look like is someone that wants to just relax and snuggle.  He does like to on walks but not a must.  Tyler does like other dogs but can be bossy at times so a slow introduction is best.  He is working on house training but will most likely benefit from a doggie door. He gets along great with dogs & respectful kids that are gentle with him. He was born on 6/26/23, and weighs about 12 pounds. We are estimating that he’ll be around 20 to 30 pounds when full grown. Dear Future Family, My name is Cheese. I just turned 1 this April. I'm searching for a new home filled with love, warmth, and plenty of belly rubs. I may not be a puppy anymore, but my heart is still bursting with joy and devotion. I've been told that I'm a mixed breed (Corgi and Chihuahua) , and my golden fur is as soft as a cloud. My tail wags with an excitement that is contagious. In my previous home, I was a loyal companion to my human, Ha. We spent countless hours exploring the outdoors, going on long walks without leash, and cuddling up on the couch. But as life unfolded, Ha realized that she could no longer provide the attention and care I deserve. She made the selfless decision to find me a new family who could give me the life I yearn for. Pembroke Welsh Corgi Mix Age: Senior Male, neutered 20 lbs Adoption Fee: Donation (includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations) Llew was picked up by animal control off the streets of Hayward. He was unable to use his back legs. Otherwise he seemed in fairly good shape. He must not have been on the streets for long. It is suspected that he had a back problem (IVDD) that was never treated. He has responded well to anti-inflammatory and pain medications. He has gained some use of his back legs (he can stand and walk a few steps). He has been in physical therapy for a few months. UPDATE: With diligent persistence from his foster home, Llew is walking again on his back legs. He is a little wobbly, but he is using his back legs all the time - no more dragging. For all he has been through, he has an excellent demeanor - very friendly, very loving. He can come off as a little “pushy” to some dogs, but overall he gets along well with all the dogs in his foster home. He needs a home with no stairs, and where someone is home most of the time. He would prefer a home with another friendly dog. Nobody’s Perfekt Dogs is willing to assist with his vet costs, if needed. Even though he has regained the ability to walk with his hind legs, the jury is still out on whether he has control of his bladder and bowels. He appears to pee when he goes outside, but he doesn't stop and pee. Similarly, he doesn't stop and poop - it just comes out when it is ready.
