Story
East TN. Out of state welcome! If you’re seeing this on adopt a pet the great news is that transport is inclluded to your area if you are in the northeast and Great Lakes areas. We use rescue riders for all our pet transport needs because they are the best! Meet Pablo! This little (yes he’s only 19.4 lbs) cutie found himself at a kill shelter with his brother sibling. No they do not need to stay together. They are not bonded. Pablo is a very confident and happy boy. He is shy and a bit fearful of you raise your hand (so sad) he warms up quickly and has a very sweet disposition. He does fine with children he knows and that know how to respect the dogs space. Probably best in a home with kiddos over the age of 7. He is silly and loveable and absolutely loves to sit on your lap and be loved. He is only 19 lbs and should not get any bigger. He is around 11 months old. House training is coming along great! He does give cues and will hold it if he has to go until you let him out. Apply at petpath.org

Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.ADOPTED!! UPDATE:  ISAAC has had the surgery to remove his cherry eye and all is well.  There is no medicine or daily care that he will need.  This is Isaac a 2 year old, 15 pounder who was very shy at first but warmed up quickly to the other dogs and his new surroundings. He is house and crate trained, my 2nd rescue for 2024 and he is extremely close to his buddy BUZBY. He follows BUZBY around like a shadow. They have a great time running zoomies in the backyard and playing chase. They do know there is a difference between inside and outdoor play. ISAAC is quiet and gives soft kisses. He is not bothered by the other foster dogs in the home but his buddy is BUZBY and he loves him. We think he is a Pomeranian/Corgi mix, he white coat is very soft and smooth and he does not mind you giving him head rubs. ISAAC has a cherry eye but is scheduled to have it removed this week before adoption. If you are interested in adopting Isaac, please submit an application on the website below' www.roxysk9rescue.org   ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         May 15, 2024, 11:09 am

Story
Meet Miss Ellie: beauty and brains combined! This stunning pup boasts an impressive skill set including obedient commands such as sit, stay, crawl & more while being completely potty trained making transitions easy peasy. Being great around little ones but not so fond of doggy playmates means she would thrive best in a family all to herself where there can be endless snuggles galore! RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to: saveapreciouspaw@gmail.com
