Story
Prior DNA test showed Corgi, Bassett hound and Husky
He keeps a clean crate and coat.
House broken/crate trained and walks good on a leash, but rather not be leashed. Needs a home with a fenced in yard. He is good at riding in cars.
Low-maintenance and very independent.
He likes loving only on his own terms. He struggles with sensory overload. He does not know how to deal with high-arousal. Adoption fee is waived if one of our approved trainers are hired.
Shiloh is highly intelligent and will want to use his wit to manipulate situations. Can and will destroy a stuffed animal, literally loves them to death. He is however very comical. He will push, toss and nudge the stuffed animal but in the long run. the toy will die. He Loves to carry a toy around in his mouth.
He prefers being indoors with air conditioning. kinda ignores the other dogs around. He doesn't want other dog friends but doesn't mind other dogs as long as they aren't hyper or high energy. The calmer the better. He just rather do his own thing. He tends to mind his other business.
He is not good with kids. He does not like all the chaos that comes with a home with children. He will also try to herd or attack the vacuum and or lawn mower as a "predator". If other dogs are too rambunctious , he will throw a flag on the field.
He will not jump on furniture (because he can't/short legs)
Shiloh will need a home that will set boundaries, understand when he is communicating emotional discomfort, and offer a calmer, more respectful environment. Shiloh needs someone that understands how he communicates.
He has a living soul, opinions, thoughts and feelings. He is looking for a mutual respectful relationship. He doesn't want to be someone's baby. He doesn't want to wear clothes or be treated like a baby. He is a grown up adult, looking for a partnership in life.
