Story
Meet Bert Bert is an 18 week old fun loving, energetic Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He is 14.4 lbs ,loves toys and playing with all pups in his new pack. He is doing well on potty training, prefers to sleep on a dog bed, but is ok being in a crate. He will be up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations and his neuter will be included in his adoption fee when he is old enough. He loves to snuggle and responds quickly to corrections. He is a puppy, so will need a patient adopter willing to work with him to bring out his full potential. If you are interested in Bert, please fill out an adoption application at tinypawssmalldogrescue.org. If you have questions, reach out to his foster mom, Bonnie ,at soderlundb@yahoo.com. An adoption fee will be required. DATCP: #274478

Story
**Hi, I'm Lidocaine!** I'm a 1.5-year-old, 24-pound Corgi mix who's just starting my journey with Rescue Gang. My foster family is still getting to know me, but they've already discovered that I'm a friendly, affectionate guy who absolutely loves giving hugs! As I settle in, we'll learn more about my personality, but if you're looking for a sweet companion with lots of love to share, I might be the perfect match for you.Since Rescue Gang is a foster-based rescue, most of us live in private homes. That means you’ll need an approved application to chat with my foster and learn more about me.If you’re interested, email adopt@rescuegang.org to apply to ask questions. I can’t wait to meet my future family!

Good with kids, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter,
Story
Two years old, and still is pretty much a puppy. He needs someone who can help him with his anxiety and excitement reactivity. He has really bad separation anxiety and needs someone who can preferably be there with him while that gets worked out. He’s really sweet and loves people but is skeptical about dogs. I would be careful bringing him around other dogs especially bigger dogs as he’s a little more fearful of them, but generally likes hanging out with smaller dogs. I would also be careful with small kids. Even though he loves them, he’s been known to jump, and might get too excited. He is crate trained, but with his separation anxiety he can’t be left in the crate all alone in the house. Overall Reggie needs someone who has a good amount of time for him as well as experience in how to handle a herding breed/corgi. We wish we could keep him, but with moving, as well as our change in finances, this is our last resort. Please help us find a good home for Reggie.

Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs!To sponsor my trip to WI, go to  www.tailwaggers911.com  for more info!   ***I am able to go home to my forever family right from transport!! You get a 5 day trial with me in your home. Put in your application soon!*** Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on September 11th and arrive on September 12th, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!! Updated: 8/8/26 Dog Name: Birdie Sex: Female Estimated Breed: Corgi Mix Approximate Age: 8 months Approximate Weight: 25 lbs Spay/Neuter Status: Spayed Adoption Fee: $650 Description: Birdie was found by a wonderful family who was unable to keep her. They wanted her to have the best chance by going to a rescue. Birdie is sweet, smart, and spunky. She is full of energy and has typical corgi mannerisms, she is precious! She loves kids and playing with other dogs and cuddling with her cat friends. Birdie is the full package; she needs a home with activity and adventure! We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time, we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs once they're at least 6 months old. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are between 6 to 8 months old. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. September 9, 2026, 8:28 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Taffy. Taffy is a sweet puppy looking for the patient, loving family she deserves. She was owner surrendered through no fault of her own, and while she may be unsure of new people at first, she has so much love waiting to come out of her shell. Taffy did not receive the socialization she needed while growing up, so she needs a family who understands that trust takes time. She can be cautious when meeting new people and may need some time to feel comfortable. She also seems to have had some negative experiences with people touching around her neck and the back of her head. Because of this, she may have a slight reaction if someone reaches for or touches those areas before she knows and trusts them . She will need people who are patient, respectful of her boundaries, and willing to let her go at her own pace. Once Taffy gets to know you and realizes she can trust you, her demeanor completely changes. Her sweet and goofy personality really shines, and she becomes an affectionate, happy puppy who loves attention. She will even dance for you in return for some treats or attention! Taffy’s favorite thing in the world is a good back scratch, and once she trusts you, she will happily soak up all the attention she can get. Older/considerate kids only. Taffy is still just a puppy, and with patience, consistency, positive experiences, and plenty of love, we know she will continue to come out of her shell and become the playful, loving puppy she was meant to be. Taffy is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and current on heartworm and flea/tick prevenetion. Her adoption fee is $350. To apply to adopt Taffy, visit www.adoggie4you.org. Taffy is currently in Texas but can travel to Washington, Portland, Oregon, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and along the East Coast. If transportation is needed, there is an additional $250 transport fee. Unfortunately, due to state regulations, Taffy cannot travel to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 9, 2026, 1:00 pm
