Gigi loves car rides and being busy; she also enjoys walks, treats and naps. Gigi has a protective side to her and has a strong bark when she wants to be a guard dog. She is 5 years old and 15 lbs. Story
Loving sisters, active, energetic, playful. Real characters, unfortunately can no longer keep them due to busy schedule. Would do great in a family where they can dedicate time to them. Possibly a home with a good size back yard so they can run around. Come and meet these girls!

Story
Dogs are up to date with shots. They have just completed the first heat cycle. We have had them for about 11 months They are a bonded pair of sisters. We would want to sell them as a pair. We cannot take care of them full time because of my work demand which requires a lot of travel. Once they get to know you, they are very loving and loyal. Very sweet. They are great watch dogs, good with children, and generally are characters. The do need exercise and yard to play in.

Rehoming my dog- Moving out of town unable to take him 3 thumbnailRehoming my dog- Moving out of town unable to take him 4 thumbnail I am writing to see if you or someone you know might be interested in rehoming my dog, Mylo hes 7 years young . He is a very loving and affectionate dog, and he needs to be the only pet in the home. Ideally, he would go to someone who is retired or works from home so he doesn't have to be crated all the time. Mylo is crate and potty trained. He is neutered and up to date on his shots. I do have a crate, dog bed, leash harness, toys and food as well Please let me know if you are interested or know anyone who might be a good fit for Mylo.

Story
Meet Rowan Burrowshanks!! Rowan has been rehabilitating with Wagging Tails rescue for just over a year. He is an approximately 8 year old long-haired chocolate dachshund weighing in at about 16 pounds. When he arrived, he was unable to use his rear legs or urinate on his own because of an untreated spinal injury, which is unfortunately common with this breed. Since then, he has received chiropractic and holistic care from the wonderful Dr. Bradshaw with Agape Animal Chiropractic as well as physical therapy at home with his foster mom and is WALKING again!!!! He has gained back about 75% of his ability to urinate on his own. His foster mom still expresses his bladder 1-2 times a day, but he is usually able to get most of his tinkles out by himself. We just do the additional expression to help prevent urinary tract infections. He is able to poo on his own, but it's occasionally a surprise to him when it shows up, so there are times when he may have an accident in the home.Rowan is a quirky guy, so will require a special forever family. He's a genuinely happy little dude, but is socially awkward. He gives warning nips when he is uncomfortable or frightened, so we do not recommend a home with children. Since he needs his bladder expressed, we would prefer a home with someone who has experience doing so, since he will be quick to correct anyone who is causing him pain or discomfort. He does not like to be picked up because of his back issue, but he's happy to chill out on a fluffy blanket or dog bed at your feet. Now that he can walk again, his tail is always wagging.Rowan is somewhat slow to warm up to new people, but if you are patient with him, he will soon be asking for endless belly rubs, and will stare into your eyes like you're the only human in the world. He loves squeaky toys, smooshy beds, blankets, naps, and like most dachshunds, he was born with a German engineered early warning system pre-installed, so you will never need a doorbell again! He is well-behaved at bath-time, and very much enjoys being blow-dried after his baths. He's a master napping buddy and will be forever loyal to you if you can show him kindness, patience, and understanding. He gets along well with the other dachshunds and small dogs in his foster home, but gets nervous with bigger dogs. He doesn't really show interest in playing with the other dogs, so he would be fine as an only dog. He cannot go up and down stairs or ramps because of his back, so a one-story home would be best for him. We know Rowan isn't everyone's idea of a perfect dog, but he deserves to have a forever family just like any other "normal" dog. Are you his perfect match?
