You might wonder why most of Mikes photos are on a couch. He goes to foster moms work, and I visit there often. Best place to play is the couch Mike absolutely loves his toys. He will also fetch, but is not a fan of giving it back. Unless it's a frisbee. He is going to need you to throw that. Mike is paralyzed due to IVDD and requires special care but he is full of life, and has plenty of attitude. The right family will love him. We do. Supervised time outside is a sniffing expedition, and every patch of grass gets a full investigation. Once her work is done, she heads straight for the couch. Her foster calls her chill and says she loves couch naps and cuddles. It’s about 40 pounds of cuddle on very short legs, and she knows exactly how to use all of it. She’s good with other dogs, and she’s spent time around older kids without issue. She knows sit, and if you point at her and say “bang,” she lies down. She’s very proud of it. Hambone is the bull in the china shop, and he is thrilled about it. He’s funny, fun, and silly, and all of it comes with enthusiasm turned up as high as it goes. He's been great around kids of every age, and he's the type to walk right up to a stranger and assume they're a friend he hasn't met yet. Bobo does best with other dogs once he's had a minute to size them up. He's food motivated in the best way, especially for milk bones, and his favorite toy is one of those popcorn poppers kids push around the yard. He's fully house trained and does fine home alone for stretches at a time. He's a basset hound built like a basset hound but with the energy of something else entirely- he needs a fenced yard or a leash he can't talk his way out of, because given the chance he will go explore and take his sweet time coming back- but can be convinced to return if there are cookies involved.
