This 10+ years older gentleman is looking for a warm blanket and soft lap to spend the rest of his days!  He is one of the sweetest pups you will ever meet.  He is good with other dogs as long as they respect his space.  He really just wants to hang out on the couch and watch tv with his person.  Bubby is house trained and is super easy to have around.  If you have a heart for senior pups that need a safe place to lay their head, please consider Bubby.  He deserves a great last chapter of his life.  Applications are at www.carerescueok.org. ##1941508##

Story
Baby came to ARF from Pawhuska. Her owner passed away, then the surviving spouse went into a nursing home. Their son was supposed to take care of Baby, but he moved into the house and put Baby outside. She lived under the house for A YEAR! The son then passed away and luckily Baby found her way to ARF. Baby is a sweet senior dachshund that does not like to be held but loves to feel your hands on her! She had a cough that has improved with a diuretic prescribed by the vet. She now spends most of her time in her warm doggie bed observing her surroundings. Some of our dogs are adopted very quickly.  If you are truly interested in a dog fill out an application ASAP.  If you take the time to email a question someone will already be ahead of you with a completed application.  You can find all the information we have about a particular cat/dog at the link below as well.  Then click the adopt button to fill out an application.
