Story
🌸 Meet Maple 🌸 Maple is a sweet, shy girl who has come such a long way in foster care. She’s learning the ropes of being a family dog and is ready for a patient, loving home to call her own. ✨ House Training & Crate She does well when taken out regularly and has been accident-free in her crate for weeks! She sleeps through the night in her crate like a champ. ✨ Personality & Quirks Maple can still get nervous with loud noises or quick movements, and sometimes pees when she’s scared. If startled, she may bolt — usually just to hunker down under furniture — so a secure yard and watchful eye are important. ✨ Good with Others • Plays well with other dogs 🐶 • Gets along with cats 🐱 • Great with kids 💕 • Still a little unsure about men at first, but has warmed up beautifully to her foster dad. ✨ Other Notes Maple should not be around chickens — she will chase and try to eat them 🐔. This gentle girl has made incredible progress and just needs someone willing to go slow, offer reassurance, and celebrate her wins. With love and patience, Maple will blossom into the most loyal companion. 🌟

Story
Meet Koa – A Loving Dalmatian Looking for His Next Adventure 🐾 Koa is a beautiful, energetic Dalmatian with a big heart and even bigger personality. He’s around 4 years old, full of life, and absolutely loves to run, play, and be outdoors. Koa is wonderful with children and would thrive in a home with space to play or an active family who enjoys walks, runs, or backyard fun. He’s house-trained, affectionate, and loves being part of family life. Koa has tons of energy, so he’ll do best with someone who has the time and activity level to keep up with him. Unfortunately, my life has changed, and I no longer have the time or energy to give him the attention and adventure he truly deserves. I’m looking for a loving home that can give Koa the space, care, and companionship he needs. He’s an amazing dog — loyal, playful, and full of love. 📍 Located in Cincinnati, OH 🐶 Age: 4 years old 🖤 Breed: Dalmatian 👧 Great with kids 🚫 Best as the only dog in the home 🏃‍♂️ Loves running, playing, a

Story
Uhhhh babe alert!! Pippi is about 2 years old, 55lb and a Dalmatian (?maybe pointer?) mix and she is an absolute babe. From the liver spots to the squishy jowls we are so obsessed. Pippi is not just all looks though; she’s got the brains of a hunting or sporting dog. She’d be ideal for someone who wants a companion in hunting, fishing or even agility training. She will master new commands in minutes but she’ll keep you on your toes if she’s bored. If she sounds like the right fit, apply today before she’s snatched up! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   December 22, 2025, 10:08 am

Story
Meet Wink!   I bet you can guess how she got her name! This beautiful pup is a best forever friend in waiting. Wink loooves her people and loves nothing more than hanging out with them and lounging next to them.  She fancies herself a lap dog!  She is a huge fan of taking walks and gets very excited when she sees her leash…she’s a very smart girl, and eager to please! She also loves treats and is very motivated by them.   Wink is: -house and crate trained -does fine with calmer dogs, but no higher energy dogs, cats, or small children please -loves the older children in her foster home -can be food aggressive so is fed in her crate -can be a touch protective so her ideal home has little traffic -a little nervous meeting new people and some adult dogs, so slow intros (and a piece of cheese) help July 15, 2025, 4:26 pm

Story
You know, I am named "Tuffy" but what if I am just a "Softy"?? I am an active and sweet boy and I am kind of a goofball, too. I came from a very nice couple who loved me very much, however, they were homeless. Now don't get me wrong, they took EXCELLENT care of me, but I am a BIG puppy and they were having a hard time taking me on the buses or letting me into the shelters :( So, my parents asked the rescue to take me in and find me the right home, so here I am, looking all buff- if you ask me :) I am a GORGEOUS Catahoula boy, tall, merle and HANDSOME!! My eyes tell my story and it is a good one! I have time on my hands and I am a playful and fun kind of pup. BIG puppy- 65# and growing :) I am learning my manners and am making ALL kinds of friends at the rescue, but I am waiting for the SPECIAL FRIENDS who will give me my WILDEST DREAM- A HOME! SO, look me up, don't wait... APPLY!!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Introducing Hondo, the loyal and brave companion you've been waiting for! Hondo is a true good boy, showcasing his friendly nature with both people and fellow furry friends. He strikes the perfect balance between confident and respectful, making him a wonderful addition to any household dynamic. While Hondo may be a bit head shy when it comes to leashes, it's a trait rooted in his past experiences - his ears once caused him discomfort. But with patience and understanding, he's slowly overcoming this challenge. This resilience highlights his adaptable nature and willingness to grow. Crate training is a breeze for Hondo, reflecting his cooperative spirit. He's well-versed in the art of sitting and enjoys eating a peaceful meal. These traits make him a joy to train and a promising companion for both new and experienced pet owners. Hondo's ideal home is one that's lively and active, as he thrives in an environment where he can stretch his legs and engage in the joyful act of running. With a strong recall foundation already in place, he's open to further fine-tuning this skill. This warrior-dog's name is music to his ears, and he responds to it with enthusiasm. Though his recall could use a bit more polish, his eagerness to learn shines through. Hondo's adaptable and resourceful nature, coupled with his receptive attitude, make him a loyal partner for all your adventures. If you're seeking a four-legged friend who embodies both resilience and companionship, look no further than Hondo. He's ready to stand by your side and show you the depths of his affectionate heart.
