Amira is a goofy girl who absolutely loves her people! She’s happiest when she’s right by your side—whether you’re doing chores around the house or settling in for a movie night, she’ll be there keeping you company. Amira does great with other dogs and kids, and she loves playing tug-of-war with her dog friends or proudly carrying a stuffy around like it’s her prized possession. Food is definitely one of her favorite things! When it’s time to eat, she gets so excited she’ll bounce all the way to her kennel like a little bucking bronco. She knows how to sit, and when you ask her to “down,” she’ll happily flop right onto her back. Amira walks on a leash and does well, though she can occasionally get nervous and put on the brakes—but a few treats and some encouragement get her moving again. She’s ready for her forever home and would do great as an only dog or with canine siblings. Amira is just looking for a family to love—and to stick close to forever. Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport your area)

Frieda, what a wonderful name!! My life is NOW wonderful, like my name ;) It wasn't always this way, but my despair on the streets, pregnant and alone actually saved me! So, saved by a nice nice lady and a wonderful lady who also helps feed unwanted dogs on the streets. So she saved me!! I am a sweet girl, great with other dogs, kids andI am so so happy to have a foster mom who loves me and feeds me every day! I couldn't have imagined this! I am such a happy girl, I hope you will see me and KNOW that I am your newest best friend!! i am waiting!!! She sleeps through the night in her crate like a champ. ✨ Personality & Quirks Maple can still get nervous with loud noises or quick movements, and sometimes pees when she’s scared. If startled, she may bolt — usually just to hunker down under furniture — so a secure yard and watchful eye are important. ✨ Good with Others • Plays well with other dogs 🐶 • Gets along with cats 🐱 • Great with kids 💕 • Still a little unsure about men at first, but has warmed up beautifully to her foster dad. ✨ Other Notes Maple should not be around chickens — she will chase and try to eat them 🐔. Uhhhh babe alert!! Pippi is about 2 years old, 55lb and a Dalmatian (?maybe pointer?) mix and she is an absolute babe. From the liver spots to the squishy jowls we are so obsessed. Pippi is not just all looks though; she’s got the brains of a hunting or sporting dog. She’d be ideal for someone who wants a companion in hunting, fishing or even agility training. She will master new commands in minutes but she’ll keep you on your toes if she’s bored. If she sounds like the right fit, apply today before she’s snatched up! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. At 10 years old, Stella is proof that age is just a number. This gorgeous German Shorthair Pointer still has pep in her step, joy in her heart, and enough enthusiasm to power a small village. She’s the perfect medium-sized best friend — big enough for adventures, small enough to fit nicely on your couch (or directly on top of you). Stella’s life motto is simple: “Wherever you go, I go.” Need a walking buddy? She’s ready. Going for a car ride? Shotgun is her seat. Just trying to sit on the couch? Meet Trenton! This good boy is the whole package! He is a mixed breed, best guess English pointer/boxer mix, and no one breed is evident. He is 2-year-old medium sized (55 pound) love bug who is gentle and adores kids. He is house trained. It does not appear he has been taught basic commands, but he should be a quick learner as he learned the doggy door ropes in a single day. The crate is not his favorite. He will go in when bribed with delicious treats and sleep quietly through the night. He mimics the vibe of the house by playing when we are active and snuggling on couch when we are quiet. He also gets along with other dogs, playing or backing off at the appropriate times. As he has settled into his foster home, he has started wrestling with the alpha dog of the house. Trenton deserves someone who will shower him with attention, car rides and rounds of fetch. He is everyone’s best friend, can he be yours? Trenton is neutered and up to date on all vaccines, flea and heartworm medication.
