Story
Slider is an affectionate, active, loyal 6-year-old Dalmatian who loves spending time outdoors and snoozing on his place. Slider was rescued at just 8 weeks old and is a wonderful companion. He is deaf, and therefore was trained with hand signals and an e-collar. He took to both quickly; he’s highly intelligent and food-motivated, which makes training with him both enjoyable and effective! Slider is crate- and muzzle-trained and feels safe when he's in his own space. He spent most of his life with a single adult, and he is extremely comfortable in that type of environment. Slider needs a home where he can be introduced slowly to new people by a true pack leader who understands his needs. When he meets someone the right way, Slider builds trust quickly.. That said, his pack leader will need to be a fierce advocate for his boundaries. Slider truly thrives in a home environment with a passionate dog lover who lives an active lifestyle and is committed to training.

Story
Meet LOKI!Loki is a striking 1-year-old Dalmatian mix with gorgeous blue eyes and an adorable coat covered in dappled black spots. This handsome young pup is full of curiosity and loves spending time outdoors, where he can sniff, explore, and take in the world around him. When playtime rolls around, you`ll usually find him chasing a ball or happily chewing on one of his favorite durable toys.Loki previously lived with another dog and may enjoy having a canine companion again. As with all resident dogs, we would require a meet-and-greet to ensure everyone is a good match.Born deaf, Loki experiences the world a little differently—but that certainly doesn`t slow him down! He`s a smart, eager-to-please boy who already knows how to sit using hand signals and would love a family willing to continue his training. Experience with deaf dogs is a bonus, but most importantly, Loki is looking for patient adopters who are excited to communicate with him using positive reinforcement and visual cues.Loki is an affectionate, active young dog who would thrive in a home that enjoys adventures, playtime, and helping him continue to build his confidence and skills. If you`re looking for a loyal companion with a unique spirit and an even bigger heart, Loki may be the perfect addition to your family.

🚨 URGENT: ESTRELLA NEEDS A HOME BEFORE SHE ENDS UP IN THE SHELTER 🚨 Meet Ella (Estrella) — a beautiful 3-year-old girl with a gentle soul and eyes that quietly ask for someone to love her. 💔 Estrella is wonderful with children and has a sweet, affectionate nature. She can be a little timid when meeting new people, but once she realizes she’s safe, her loving personality begins to shine. She’s the kind of dog who forms deep bonds and becomes incredibly devoted to her family. 🐾 About 3 years old 🐾 Kid friendly 🐾 Dog friendly with proper introductions 🐾 Sweet, gentle, and loving 🐾 Looking for a patient family willing to give her a little time to settle in Right now, Estrella urgently needs a safe place to go. Without a new home, she risks entering the shelter system, where timid dogs often struggle and are easily overlooked. She doesn’t need perfection—just someone willing to give her a chance. A soft bed, kind words, and a little patience could completely change her future. Please help Estrella find the loving home she deserves before it’s too late. ❤️🏡 PLEASE HELP TEXT KAREN 4136298152

Story
Please contact ADOPTION (adopt@doggieharmony.org) for more information about this pet. Oreo's owner has had her for 5 wonderful years but then the family had a baby and the baby became a toddler and it has all been too much for Oreo, too much unbounded kid, not enough space. She loves to cuddle, loves attention and being petted.  She will let you know if you start to slack off petting her.   She would love an active family with older respectful kids.  She loves to play fetch and to run.  Her trainer suggested agility training as she is incredibly fast and agile.  We think she would thrive on the challenge of a course and competition.  But even if she just went running and hiking with you, she would be an excellent companion who would keep you both motivated. She can be OK with other dogs, as long as they are at least medium to large size, not small ones. Age: 6 years Weight: 37 lbs Temperament: Gets along with dogs her size and larger, all adults and older respectfule kid, no toddlers Training: Housetrained Vetting: Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative Email for questions:    http://musicadisanto@yahoo.com To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit.July 21, 2026, 4:39 pm

Story
Meet Oakley! This adorable 8-week-old puppy is bursting with love, energy, and curiosity. She’s an Aussimation—a unique mix of Australian Shepherd and Dalmatian. Oakley combines the best qualities of both breeds: her striking blue and green Aussie eyes and her short, soft Dalmatian-like fur, beautifully patterned with a blend of both heritages.   With Oakley, you truly get the best of both worlds. She is incredibly sweet and outgoing, loving everyone she meets—no one is a stranger to her. Larger dogs don’t faze her, and she’s even growing up alongside kittens. When you welcome Oakley into your four-legged family, you can be confident she’ll get along with everyone.   Oakley is always ready to play and would thrive with an active family, especially one with an older canine sibling to keep her company. She will make a wonderful family dog. As Oakley grows, she’ll need a lively household that keeps her engaged, along with plenty of structure and exercise. If you’re a runner or hiker, Oakley will be the perfect companion. She loves being by your side wherever you go and wants nothing more than to be a true member of the family, with her loyalty growing right along with her.   Oakley will also thrive with a job to do and will benefit from ongoing training. Keeping both her body and mind active is essential for her happiness.   To learn more about adopting Oakley please email Vivienne at vivienneajames@gmail.com or text 615-943-7311.  Approved application and adoption fee required.  Oakley is in Tennessee and can be transported north upon adoption.  Oakley will be ready to travel when she completes her vetting at the end of August.July 21, 2026, 5:22 pm
