This handsome young pup is full of curiosity and loves spending time outdoors, where he can sniff, explore, and take in the world around him. When playtime rolls around, you`ll usually find him chasing a ball or happily chewing on one of his favorite durable toys.Loki previously lived with another dog and may enjoy having a canine companion again. As with all resident dogs, we would require a meet-and-greet to ensure everyone is a good match.Born deaf, Loki experiences the world a little differently—but that certainly doesn`t slow him down! He`s a smart, eager-to-please boy who already knows how to sit using hand signals and would love a family willing to continue his training. Experience with deaf dogs is a bonus, but most importantly, Loki is looking for patient adopters who are excited to communicate with him using positive reinforcement and visual cues.Loki is an affectionate, active young dog who would thrive in a home that enjoys adventures, playtime, and helping him continue to build his confidence and skills. Oreo's owner has had her for 5 wonderful years but then the family had a baby and the baby became a toddler and it has all been too much for Oreo, too much unbounded kid, not enough space. She loves to cuddle, loves attention and being petted.  She will let you know if you start to slack off petting her.   She would love an active family with older respectful kids.  She loves to play fetch and to run.  Her trainer suggested agility training as she is incredibly fast and agile.  We think she would thrive on the challenge of a course and competition.  But even if she just went running and hiking with you, she would be an excellent companion who would keep you both motivated. She can be OK with other dogs, as long as they are at least medium to large size, not small ones. Meet Winnie; a young girl who is full of sass, snuggles and spunk! Winnie came to us as a very shy and reserved dog who has taken the time to slowly come out of her shell! Although she is still working on her confidence and skills, she shines when she has a trusted and confident handler, lots of opportunities to experience outdoor activities (she's a zoomer!) and has a cozy dog bed to retreat to when she needs some down time. Winnie's previous foster says she was a great house guest who's favorite spot to hang out was by the fireplace. Winnie has also had the guidance of a professional trainer to help with reactivity and confidence building during her stay at the shelter and would love an adopter who is committed to ongoing learning. Winnie has come a long way; from not being able to interact with dogs, to having successful playdates! With the right companion, Winnie could potentially go home with another dog. She has a prey drive, so she will not be able to live with cats and she would do best in a child free home.
