Hi, I’m Max! 🐾 Hi everyone! My name is Max, and I’m a handsome Dalmatian/Husky mix looking for my forever family! That is our best breed guess anyway. We are not sure.❤️ I’m a happy, playful boy with LOTS of energy, so I’m looking for an active family who loves to get outside, go on long walks, play, and keep me busy. Being a Dalmatian/Husky mix, I have plenty of energy to burn, and I really need a home that understands that exercise and mental stimulation are an important part of keeping me happy. One thing you should know about me is that I really love other dogs! 🐶 I’m a little nervous sometimes, and having another friendly, confident dog around helps me feel safe and comfortable. Because of this, I need another dog in my forever home. I promise I’ll be a great buddy! I’m already fully potty trained and crate trained, too! When it’s bedtime, though, I prefer to sleep on the ground right next to my person’s bed. And I have one very important bedtime requirement: my stuffed animals! 🧸 I need my stuffies to settle in for the night. I’m also learning how to walk on a leash, and I’m doing really, really well! I love going on long walks and exploring the world, so I’m excited to keep practicing with my new family. I can live with cats, too! I might be nervous around them at first and bark because I’m not quite sure what to think, but I warm up quickly once I realize everything is okay. 🐱 Oh, and here’s another important thing about me: I LOVE car rides! Well… I actually love sleeping through car rides. 🚗💤 I’m looking for a family who will be patient with me, help me build my confidence, give me lots of exercise and playtime, and let me be the goofy, loving boy that I am. Introducing Erik!This adorable fella is estimated to be about 3 year old and is thought to be some sort of pointer type mix. He is on the medium-ish size and weighs right about 50 pounds. Erik came to us from another rescue in hopes that a change of scenery will help him find his new home!Erik gives the best `hugs` and loves to jump up on people and wrap his legs around you. He definetly does not understand the concept of `4 on the floor`, but, he is very food motivated and will quickly sit down in the hopes of getting a tasty snack! **Meet Dakota! 🐾** Dakota is an adorable Catahoula mix puppy with a cute little nub tail and a whole lot of personality! He was pulled from a high-kill shelter in Kansas and has done a wonderful job adjusting to his new surroundings in just a few short days. Dakota is a happy, energetic boy who loves to have fun! He enjoys playing fetch and tug and would love an active family who can include him in walks, adventures, and plenty of playtime. He already walks nicely on a leash with minimal pulling. He does well sleeping in his kennel, with just a little whining as he settles in. Like many young, energetic dogs, Dakota is still working on his manners. We are currently helping him learn that jumping up and mouthing aren't appropriate ways to say hello or get attention. Dakota is very friendly, playful, and eager to be part of a family.
