Meet Cannon. Cannon is a 58-pound, 2-year-old Catahoula/Husky mix (born February 3, 2023) who’s equal parts adventure buddy and cuddle companion. With his striking looks and big personality, this handsome guy is ready to make a lasting impression—and steal your heart while he’s at it.Cannon has a medium energy level, which means he’s always up for some fun—walks, playtime, exploring the great outdoors—but he also knows how to kick back and relax with his favorite humans. He’s affectionate, spirited, and happiest when he’s part of the action (or snuggled up nearby).According to his previous owner, Cannon is both housetrained and crate trained—an excellent foundation for his next home. He loves children and is reported to do well with other dogs (a meet and greet is required to make sure it’s a perfect fit). In fact, Cannon previously lived with his canine dad and would truly thrive with a doggy companion in the home to keep him company.Cannon does best in a home where someone is around most of the time. He has shown some separation anxiety in the past, but having another dog and a consistent routine can make a big difference in helping him feel secure and confident. With the right setup, he’s an incredibly loyal and loving companion.He’s already neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative—fully ready to start his next chapter!If you’re ready for a devoted sidekick who will bring energy, love, and plenty of tail wags into your life, Cannon might just be your perfect match.
