Frankie is the sweetest girl. She is profoundly deaf. She loves walks and is very food-motivated. She is extremely intelligent and loves to be pet and loves cuddles. She was extremely neglected in her home prior to this one, so she has residual trauma from that experience. She barks a lot, especially at people she doesn’t know. She does not get along well with other dogs, so if you have another dog I would not recommend her for you. She needs a lot of room to play and she needs an experienced adopter who has plenty of time to train and play with her. She would love a home with a large yard for her to run around in. She is truly a very special girl who just wants someone to love and care for her. I am only rehoming her because I feel like someone else can give her a better life than I can, and I want the best for her. It breaks my heart to part with this sweet, loving girl.

Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives.
