Axle's mom was a dalmatian and dad was a black long haired collie. He is a sweet submissive dog. he is kennel trained and used to using a dog door. He gets along great with other dogs and has plenty of energy. So many black dogs in rescues are overlooked, this sweet boy deserves a chance in his own forever home.

Meet Terra 🤍 Terra is a young Dalmatian/Husky mix with a super goofy, loving, and energetic personality. She loves attention, being around people, and playing. She’s very smart and curious and definitely has that fun “big personality” energy. I got her as a puppy and I care about her a lot, which is why this decision has honestly been really hard for me. As she’s gotten bigger, I’ve realized she would probably be happier in a home with more space, more time, and a lifestyle that better fits her energy level than I can currently give as a nursing student living in an apartment. She would do best with someone active, patient, and willing to continue training and giving her lots of exercise and attention. She’s still young and learning, so she has a lot of potential with the right person/family. (She’s been to 2 Petco classes). Her spay surgery is scheduled for next week. My biggest priority is finding her a loving, stable home where she can really thrive and be happy long-term.

Meet Bailee. She was rescued by one of our volunteers while she was assisting flood victims after the July TX floods. Bailee ran out in front of her car. She had minor injuries and was super excited to be rescued. No owners came forward so she asked if we could help. Look at that face, how could we not! Bailee is super playful with other dogs, walks well on a leash, loves toys and would make a great addition to an active family or person. Our app can be found at haydudeequine.org Howdy, y’all. Name’s Scout. I’m a five-month-old pup with a soft white coat, tan-tipped ears, and a heart that’s already bigger than my paws. Folks say I’ll grow up to be about 40 pounds—just the right size for curling up on the couch and still being easy to scoop up when I get the zoomies. My story started on a property with a bunch of unfixed adult dogs. It wasn’t an easy beginning. Almost all of my littermates didn’t make it—they were lost to the heat and parasites. Somehow I held on. I’m the one who made it out. And now? I’m happy. Really happy. Healthy, full of energy, and so excited for what’s next. I’m the kind of dog who greets every day like it’s the best one yet. I love people, I love other dogs, and I especially love water. Puddles, sprinklers, baths, lakes… if it’s water, I’m in it. You’ll probably catch me standing in the middle of a rainstorm with a goofy grin on my face like I just won the lottery. I’m super sweet and easygoing. I get along with just about everybody I meet and I’m happiest when I’m part of the pack—whether that pack is two-legged, four-legged, or both. I don’t do drama; I do belly rubs, silly faces, and long naps after playtime. Life’s pretty simple for me right now: eat, play, splash, snuggle, repeat. I’m looking for a forever family who wants a happy, affectionate buddy to share the good times with. Someone who’ll give me the safe, loving home I was meant to have.
