Story
Axle's mom was a dalmatian and dad was a black long haired collie. He is a sweet submissive dog. he is kennel trained and used to using a dog door. He gets along great with other dogs and has plenty of energy. So many black dogs in rescues are overlooked, this sweet boy deserves a chance in his own forever home.

Story
Meet Terra 🤍 Terra is a young Dalmatian/Husky mix with a super goofy, loving, and energetic personality. She loves attention, being around people, and playing. She’s very smart and curious and definitely has that fun “big personality” energy. I got her as a puppy and I care about her a lot, which is why this decision has honestly been really hard for me. As she’s gotten bigger, I’ve realized she would probably be happier in a home with more space, more time, and a lifestyle that better fits her energy level than I can currently give as a nursing student living in an apartment. She would do best with someone active, patient, and willing to continue training and giving her lots of exercise and attention. She’s still young and learning, so she has a lot of potential with the right person/family. (She’s been to 2 Petco classes). Her spay surgery is scheduled for next week. My biggest priority is finding her a loving, stable home where she can really thrive and be happy long-term.

Story
Oreo is a lovable, goofy dog who deserves more space and attention than I can give him right now. I THINK he's part pointer part dalmation, but I don't know for sure. Unfortunately where I live, I am unable to own pets. Oreo is house trained, crate trained, neutered, and an amazing loving and energetic pup who loves playing and walking. He's 67lbs of love! He loves attention, cuddles, and scritches behind the ear. He also knows basic commands like sit, lay, and shake/paw and does really well in a home environment. He was rescued on the east side of San Antonio under a car about a year ago, and I've been fostering him in the meantime.I’m looking for a loving, responsible home where he can run, play, and get the attention he deserves. I want to make sure he goes to the right person or family that he truly deserves.

Story
Looking to rehome this sweet boy. Good with other dogs and kids. His foster had cats and she said he didn’t bother them. San Antonio/New Braunfels. Looking to rehome this 3 year old male Catahoula. Our 11 year old mini schnauzer is showing aggression towards him and we don’t want them to live separately in the same house. He’s a good boy, just got fixed, listens well and has an adorable personality. Loves attention and doesn’t like the kennel (but does go to it when he’s told). Enjoys a nap close to his human and doesn’t chew or dig. Our human son is 11 and he’s great with him. We just adopted him from San Antonio ACS last month. **the problem is 100% our schnauzer, he’s old and set in his ways and was not happy to have a new friend (schnauzer attacked the Catahoula).

Story
Meet Benito: Your Energetic, Loyal Friend! Benito is a 3-year-old mutt, likely a mix of Catahoula and pit bull, but he has Labrador-like energy. He’s always ready for a walk, playtime, or to make friends! Though easily trainable, his excitement often makes it hard to keep his attention. He pulls hard on the leash at the start of every walk, so some training will help manage his enthusiasm. He does great after a quarter mile. Benito is vocal when excited, which adds to his fun personality but could be challenging in an apartment.Benito has separation anxiety and hates being left alone for more than a couple hours if not kennelled. He’s not suited for for long periods alone, especially if kept outside, but he does great in a kennel. He’ll need plenty of attention and companionship when you’re home, or the company of another dog. If you’re looking for a goofy, loving companion who brings the party, Benito is the dog for you! Just be ready to provide the time, care, and attention he needs.
