Story
Toothless was adopted at the Orange County Animal Services in October of 2023. We believe for him to be roughly five years old. Toothless is a big lover boy with lots and lots of energy, however due to our small space and busy schedule, are not the best fit for him and the lifestyle that he needs. We think that he would be a great family pet, as he has lots of energy and loves to play. He likes to hike and go on trails, loves lakes but hates pools, will eat just about anything (and I mean anything), and thrives on routine. He needs a larger home or yard to run as well as someone who has a schedule to support the energy level of a big dog. Rehoming fee is negotiable, we just want to ensure we’re finding the right fit for our sweet boy. It’s really heartbreaking that, that is not us.

Charlotte is a 6 1/2-year-old, 59-pound Doberman mix with the most stunning brown eyes—one even has a speck of light blue! She’s playful, loves a good game of fetch, and is still learning how to share her toys. She walks well on a harness and adores her humans, making her a wonderful companion for families, including those with kids. Charlotte enjoys sunbathing, takes her beauty sleep seriously, and loves snuggling up next to you on the couch and bed. She is used to sleeping in the human bed with her person so we want that to continue for her. She’s also a great travel buddy—she enjoys car rides and is always up for an adventure! She’s smart, knows “sit” and “paw,” and has a soft, beautiful coat that’s perfect for petting. She’s house-trained, crate-trained, and ready for her forever home. However, she has a strong chase instinct and needs a cat-free home. She does need another dog in the home otherwise she gets separation anxiety. We are requiring a secure fenced-in yard for her. If you’re looking for a loving, playful and loyal pup, Charlotte is ready to be your new best friend!
