Story
Lady is a beautiful red Doberman, who was found as a stray, and never reunited. She is a very smart, highly trainable, and has a high drive for toys and treats. She has gotten along with the canine companions she has met, but we be best in a home without tiny dogs or cats. Lady is around 2 years old and 60 pounds, she would thrive in a home that will give her lots of exercise and training. All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, Heartworm tested (6 months and above,) and current on vaccinations and preventions prior to adoption. At the time of adoption all dogs are signed up with a unique Safe Paws QR pet ID tag, the adopter is required to maintain a monthly membership of $2.99/month for (at minimum) the first year. This helps insure your new furry family member makes his way back to you if lost. Leashes and collars are also required at the time of adoption. You are welcome to bring your own, or we have plenty to choose from at the shelter as well. If the pet you fall in love with is not quite ready for adoption, we do offer a $50 hold deposit that will insure you have first "dibs on adoption. Once an animal is available for adoption, we are not able to hold them, as there are so many animals waiting to come into our program. Our shelter is located at 10312 East 63rd Street in Raytown, MO. We are open to meet pets Tuesday through Friday from 10-6, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10-5. We are closed on Mondays. You are welcome to fill out our quick 10 question adoption survey to facilitate a quicker process. This will also start the meeting process for those animals in foster care: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/MARQ/Dog

Good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Nyla is a 2 year old ready to be 3 year old pure bred Doberman. She is professionally trained and obeys all commands. She great with children and people. Most of the day she is quiet, rarely barks unless something is wrong. She can be kept alone all day outside of her cage without worry. She is nondestructive as we trained those qualities out of her. Like most dogs, she requires a bone once a week for chewing purposes. She is very energetic when it's time to play and calm/relaxed any other time. Overall, she is one of the best dogs anyone can have. The only reason she is listed here is due to my work schedule and traveling. I am consistently on the road and can't give her the proper attention that she deserves and that just isn't fair to her. Honestly, I would hate to see her go but after months of pushing it off, we have decided its best to re-home her.
