Dog Friendly: Yes Cat Friendly: Unknown Kid Friendly: Unknown Meet Buddy! You might remember Buddy from a few Beast Crew posts—he was found running around Willowbend Golf Course after being hit by a car, which left him with a dislocated back leg. The good news: Buddy had surgery, is healing beautifully, and has been steadily gaining weight! Now Buddy is looking for a soft place to land while he waits for his forever home. One of the volunteers has brought Buddy home several times to get him out of boarding, and he’s been an absolute gentleman every time. He gets along well with their pack, doesn’t mind the cats at Haysville, and is friendly with people—especially when he can approach them on his own terms. We haven’t had the chance to test him with kids just yet. Buddy is such a good boy and truly deserves a calm, loving place to stay while he continues his recovery.

The name is Missy and if youre looking for a loyal, lovable companion with just the right mix of sass and sweetness, allow me to reintroduce myself.<br/><br/>Im gentle-hearted, a little shy at first, but once I warm up (a few treats help), Im all about the good vibes only. I love toys, belly rubs, and snack time like its my full-time job. And when I get comfortable? Oh, the kisses and tail wags dont stop. <br/><br/>I walk like Ive got a purpose, because I do, right next to you. I already know sit, down, drop it and sometimes even shake (because I do like to work it!). And yes, I LOVE to fetch tennis balls and bring them right back like a pro. Missy dont miss.<br/><br/>Id do best in a calm home, ideally with no kiddos under 12, just a chill vibe where I can truly shine. If youre patient and kind, I promise Ill flip it and reverse it into a beautiful friendship. Great example is I was in a foster home and properly met 3 well-behaved kiddos (5, 7 and 10). They were instructed to allow me to make the first move to meet them. It took no time for me to go up to them and greet them. Then, we had super time together with them throwing balls and me bringing them back, dropping the ball so they could throw again.<br/><br/>Lets take it slow... and make some magic.<br/><br/>Love,<br/>Missy

Meet Prince! 👑 This handsome boy definitely lives up to his royal name—confident, charming, and always ready for fun! Prince already has a solid start on his basics like sit and recall, and he’s working on perfecting his leash manners. He’s got great kennel etiquette (as long as there aren’t any soft, stuffed items inside) and is fully house-trained after just a short adjustment period. Prince is a big personality who loves to play—sometimes a little too enthusiastically! He invites every dog to join in the fun, and while he’s mouthy in play, he’s also learning to take cues from others. He’s a happy, people-loving pup who’s done well with everyone he’s met. He can be a bit of a “velcro dog,” sticking close to his humans, but he’s not shown signs of separation anxiety. Because of his energy, curiosity, and playful drive, Prince would thrive in an active home with fewer moving parts—one that enjoys structure, enrichment, and maybe even dog sports! He’s smart, athletic, and eager to learn, so agility or obedience classes would be a perfect fit for him. We do ask that Prince’s adopter commit to working with a professional trainer to help him continue building great manners and channel his enthusiasm productively.
