My Friends at Wayside say: - I am enrolled in Peace Academy. This is a program for dogs to learn advanced skills to manage their energy. My adoption comes with a free 30-minute private training session.- I am a graduate of Waifs with Wisdom. In this program, I learned basic commands and leash walking skills. My adoption comes with a free 30-minute private training session. - I am active boy and would be a great companion for long walks or hikes!- I am eligible for a Slumber Pawty, a 7-10 day in-home trial period. My home needs are: - Many exciting things happen outside that I want to check out, so if you have a fence, it needs to be at least 6 feet tall to keep me safe inside your yard.- I need a home without other dogs - I prefer having your attention all to myself!- Cats are much too interesting to me, so my home will need to be cat free.- I need a home with kids 6 years old and older who will enjoy my enthusiasm for life!- I have a lot of energy and need an active adopter! I love toys&#44 belly rubs&#44 and snack time like its my full-time job. And when I get comfortable? Oh&#44 the kisses and tail wags dont stop. I love a good play and romp with other dogs.<br/><br/>I walk like Ive got a purpose&#44 because I do&#44 right next to you&#44 taking your lead like were dropping a chart-topping duet. I already know sit&#44 down&#44 drop it and sometimes even shake (because I do like to work it!). And yes&#44 I LOVE to fetch tennis balls and bring them right back like a pro. If youre patient and kind&#44 I promise Ill flip it and reverse it into a beautiful friendship. Great example is I was in a foster home and properly met 3 well-behaved kiddos (5&#44 7 and 10). They were instructed to allow me to make the first move to meet them. It took no time for me to go up to them and greet them.
