Story
Ozy was purchased as a puppy from our local pet store at Country Junction. He is 3 years old and is very good with our other 3 dogs (16yr old Chihuahua, 5yr old Bischon Frise and 4yr old Beagle mix), he is very good with our 2 boys (16 and 13) and my wife. Ozy loves to be outside just as much as snuggling with the family inside. He is very protective of his family and will bark at strangers or animals around our property. He has been professionally trained with on leash commands and does very well but is an on-leash dog in our experience when outside. When off leash on our property an he perceives a possible threat may exist he will leave my wife's side and go towards it while barking which causes her emotional stress and anxiety. Unfortunately this anxiety caused by him doing what his breed does of guarding her and the kids has lead us to this rehoming option. Ozy is enjoyed by the staff at Tall Tale Kennels where are dogs stay when we travel and where he was trained onsite.

Story
Meet Bandit Bandit is a 5-year-old Doberman who is every bit as loyal and intelligent as the breed is known for. He’s a sweet, loving boy who enjoys playing in the yard and spending time with the people he trusts.Bandit is good with cats and kids and already knows several commands, including come, sit, paw, and lay down. While he can be selective with other dogs, he has made a few dog friends here at the shelter, proving that with proper introductions, he can do well with the right canine companions. He may need a little extra time to warm up to men, but once he feels safe and comfortable, Bandit forms strong bonds and shows just how affectionate and devoted he can be.If you’re looking for a loyal companion and are willing to offer patience, understanding, and consistency, Bandit just might be your perfect match

Story
Bandit is a 5-year-old Doberman who embodies everything people love about the breed: intelligent, loyal, affectionate, and deeply devoted to his people. Once Bandit trusts you, his loving personality truly shines! This handsome boy enjoys spending time outdoors, playing in the yard, and being near the people he loves most. He already knows several commands including sit, come, paw, and lay down, and he’s eager to bond with someone willing to give him the patience and consistency he deserves. Bandit is reported to do well with cats and children. While he can be selective with other dogs, he has made a few canine friends while in rescue, showing that with proper introductions and the right match, he can coexist successfully with other dogs. Bandit may take a little extra time warming up to some men, but once he feels safe and secure, he becomes an incredibly loyal and affectionate companion. If you’re looking for a smart, devoted Doberman to be your shadow and best friend, Bandit may be the perfect fit for your family. Please note: This is a courtesy post. Story
Eowyn is a 6-year-old Doberman Pinscher with a big personality, playful energy, and a whole lot of love to give. After everything she’s been through, she is ready to find a home where she can truly settle in and thrive. Eowyn is a happy, bouncy girl who loves to move. She enjoys running, playing, and chasing toys, and she brings a fun, energetic presence wherever she goes. She is strong and enthusiastic, especially on leash, and will benefit from continued guidance and structure to help her channel that energy. She is incredibly affectionate and enjoys being around her people. Eowyn is the type of dog who will happily seek out attention, lean into you for pets, and be right in the middle of whatever you’re doing. She has lived in a home with a cat and other dogs, however since coming into foster she has not played with or welcomed any dog she has met. She would likely do best in a single dog home. Eowyn would do best with an owner who understands the Doberman personality and can provide structure, consistency, and continued training. Because she is strong, jumpy, and doesn’t always realize her size, a home without very small children would be best. She has been through a lot of change recently and is adjusting to a new environment, but her sweet, fun-loving personality continues to shine through. With the right home, Eowyn is going to be an incredibly loyal, entertaining, and loving companion. Story
Meet Thor, the one-year-old black-and-tan Doberman who’s looking for his forever home! Thor is a compact powerhouse—about 60lb with natural ears and a docked tail that wags like he means business. He lives for two things: tearing around the yard on a good run and curling up in a cozy lap for some serious snuggle time. When new faces show up, Thor can be a bit shy and needs time to warm up to new people. Patience (and a few treats) go a long way with this sweet guy. Because he’s still young, Thor needs ongoing obedience training and some socialization adventures to boost his confidence. If you enjoy teaching tricks, taking him on new walks, and helping a shy pup become the bold companion he can be, Thor will love every minute of it. What you’ll get: A playful outdoor buddy who loves playing and sprinting around the yard. A snuggle-expert who’s happiest when perched beside you on the couch. A loyal Doberman who’ll grow into a confident, well-behaved adult with your guidance. If you’re ready to give Thor the patient training and love he deserves—and gain a devoted friend in return—reach out today! He can’t wait to meet his new person. Apply today at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/DPR/Dog to be considered for Thor’s adoptive placement. PA Kennel License # 14649
