Story
Meet Penny. She's a Doberman mix, estimated to be around two years old with some puppy characteristics. Penny was picked up as a stray off the streets in Cleveland, Texas. She never got to experience what being an actual puppy was like since we believe she was out on the streets most (if not all) of her short life. She is about 54 lbs, full of life and loves toys. Penny currently resides in a house with multiple other dogs. She loves to talk and use her paws when playing with them. Penny can be a little shy when meeting new dogs, but she quickly warms up. She would do best in a home with another dog(s) with similar energy. While she loves her doggy friends, she also loves getting attention from humans too. She has not been tested around children in her foster home yet, but we think she would do great with little friends. She can be a bit jumpy when excited though, but she will keep them entertained and will happily take care of all the crumbs on the floor. Please consider Penny!

Story
Miley is looking for a new family Due to no fault of her own, this sweet, snuggle bunny is hoping we can help her again.  Her momma has health issues and knows she deserves more. Miley is min pin mix, 3 years old,  15 pounds. She is fully vetted. Miley is good with other dogs, house trained,  kennel trained.  Walks great on leash. Loves walks on the beach. Loves car rides Miley loves her blankets and outfits. She does bark at other dogs,  but will stop if told too. She would love a home she can run and play. She is currently in Washington however owners daughter will be bringing her to our area beginning of Aug. Note: The above bio on the dog reflects the behavior we have observed in the dog's foster home. We provide adopters current information on our dogs; we cannot guarantee they will behave in the same manner in a different environment with new owners. Since they are rescue dogs we guess breed of looks. Our adoption fees vary, according to species, size, age and other issues. Discounts apply in some cases. Our adoption fee covers dewormed, heartworm tested (if over 6 months), started on heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, vaccinated for bordetella, dhppv, rabies (if age appropriate) and microchipped as well as spay/neuter at our preapproved vets. All puppies not altered due to age will under a foster to adopt contract until completed and an additional deposit of $100 will be required- deposit will be refunded upon completion of surgery. We expect our dogs to be adopted by families who understand- these are rescue dogs, they will need time to decompress, routine and stability. We put our lives into saving these dogs- we expect their new families to be prepared for a lifetime commitment before applying- dogs are not recyclable.
