Remi is a 5 yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback/GSP mix who’s extremely loving, very calm, doesn’t get up in your face and pretty much just lays around unless you ask HER to play. House trained and sleeps in a kennel. Very well behaved and not a barker unless feels danger. Gets very irritated with small children getting in her face, hasn’t hurt anyone but would feel better if she had a home with no small children. Older children are no issue for her. Has been around other dogs with no issues as well

Leon is a very strong boy with a lot of enthusiasm and gusto. He weighs 52 pounds and is excitable and jumpy. He is friendly with everyone he sees and wants to get to know them. He is affectionate and loves being petted. He was found as a stray and hopes you can offer him a home. We don't know yet if he is house trained but he does seem to know he is supposed to do his business outside. Please be patient if he needs a refresher course. He wants to lead the way while on a leash and does it with determination and eagerness. Try to keep up. He is very active and loves toys and running. He knows the sit command. We don't yet how he will behave around dogs or children. He is curious about and interested in his shelter neighbors and doesn't bark at them but his high-energy playfulness may be too much for calmer dogs. If you have a dog, they need to meet before you adopt him. Since he can be mouthy when he is overstimulated, he'll need to live with kids at least 12 years old. Please offer this lovable, handsome guy the home and family he needs. Petunia Is a kissoholic. She can't help it. She is just so loving and affectionate with all humans. She is an active older pup who loves to run and play. She rode well in her finder's car and stayed with him for several days. She wasn't around other dogs or children. At the shelter she is determined to make sure she is not overlooked. She is very vocal when seeing dogs, humans, or anything she thinks she needs to bark at. She is jumpy but knows the sit command. She also seems to know something about house training because she usually wants to do her business outside. She is excitable and eager on a leash and likes to lead the way. She is attentive . She likes snuggling and being petted. She weighs 30 pounds and plans to grow a bit but for now she is a good lap-sized pup. Please offer sweet Petunia the home and family she deserves. I got Kai in September when she was 1 month old from the League City Humane Society. My circumstances have changed and I have to move to where pets aren't allowed. She is a loving, kind puppy.
