Story
Found behind my house with her three puppies. We’ve been calling her Mama (not very original). She’s very sweet and excitable when she’s around her puppies. When she’s alone all she wants is to have her belly rubbed. Never shown any signs of aggression. We’ve been crate training her along with her puppies and she is smart enough to not do her business in the crate which has made tending to her much easier. She was likely someone’s pet and has the temperament to reflect that. We tried finding her owner but had no success. She has been fixed like all of her puppies and they all need a good home. The puppies are all girls as well and all super sweet and energetic. The white one is Heidi, the one with two brown eye patches is Haven, the one with one brown eye patch is Belle. Haven’t seen any signs of aggressor or anything troubling from them. They are not as well crate/potty trained as mom but they’re young so it’s to be expected.

Fitzgerald came to us as an owner surrender. It wasn’t that his family didn’t love him, they definitely did. But Fitzgerald’s human sister had severe allergies that couldn’t be controlled and his family had to make the heartbreaking decision to give him up. Fitz would do best in a home without young children or other pets. He is an affectionate, loyal dog once he warms up to you. But he needs a structured home and a savvy adopter, experienced with his breed, that is willing to work with him. He is so much fun and loves to explore and to play.
