Story
Mr. Wendell is approximately a year old and is looking for a fresh start. His previous owner experienced life changes and could no longer provide the stability he deserves. He is an incredibly sweet, gentle sould with those classic Bassett ears and the most soulful eyes. He is doing great in his foster home - he gets along well with other dogs and cats. He enjoys companionship, lounging near people, and following his nose wherever it leads. At just about a year old, he still has that fun playful side - loves playing with toys but also happy to relax and soak up attention. He would thrive in a loving home that can give him consistency, affection, and a cozy spot to call his own. If you are looking for a loyal laid-back best friend with a heart of gold, this Basset boy may be your perfect match. He has since been neutered and up to date on vaccines and Heartworm prevention. Please contact Daphne at daphnekarl2@gmail.com if you are interested in adopting this guy!

Story
Meet Lilly — Sweet Senior Snuggle Bug 🐾 Lilly is a precious 11.4 lb, 10 year-old Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. This friendly senior girl has been with her family her entire life and is now hoping for a soft place to land where she can spend her golden years surrounded by affection. ✨ Lilly’s Highlights: • Spayed female • Potty trained • Friendly with everyone — familiar faces and new friends alike • Great with dogs, cats, and absolutely loves children • Loving, affectionate, and happiest when she’s close to her people Lilly does best on softer foods, as she can’t eat hard kibble, but otherwise she’s an easygoing, sweet companion who just wants companionship and comfort. If you’re looking for a calm, loving senior who will happily curl up beside you and shower you with affection, Lilly could be your perfect match.
