Story
Scout is not here to be in the background. She is the background. And the main character. And probably the narrator too. This white terrier beauty looks like a larger-than-life Parson Russell and has the personality to match. She’s energetic, playful, and adorably talkative. Expect happy wiggles, zoomies, and enthusiastic commentary throughout the day.  She gets along wonderfully with other dogs — big or small — and while cats are VERY exciting, she just wants to engage, not cause trouble. She would thrive in an active home that appreciates her big energy and even bigger heart. Scout wants to be where the action is — preferably right in the middle of it, soaking up attention and giving it right back. She is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all dog vaccinations. Her local adoption fee is $300 for adoptions within the Memphis, TN tristate area.   Scout’s out of state/not local to Memphis, TN tristate area adoption fee is $600 and includes the transport to states like PA, CT, NJ, MD, & VA. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Scout up north to her new family.   If you have any questions, please email us at: newbeginnings_animalrescue@yahoo.com   You can apply to adopt Scout here: www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net   THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 28, 2026, 4:40 pm
