Story
Hi, I’m Crypto. The world can be a big, scary place when you’re a senior guy on your own. When I first got picked up, I was so overwhelmed that I froze up—I just didn`t understand what was happening to me.Luckily, the shelter team gave me the time and space I needed to decompress. Once I realized I was safe, I let down my guard! Now, I really enjoy gentle pets, warm beds, and quiet days.Because I’m an older guy who startles easily with loud or fast movement, I’d love a calm, quiet home. If you have other dogs, I’d prefer companions who are low-energy and chill, just like me!If you have a quiet corner of your heart and home for a gentle senior who will appreciate every ounce of love you give him, please ask about meeting me!

Story
Babushka is a resilient girl looking for a quiet home where she can relax and feel safe. She came to us after a rough patch outdoors that left her with a neck injury, but she is proving every day just how tough and gentle she is!Babushka walks wonderfully on a leash and loves taking calm, leisurely strolls with her human friends. Because of her recent neck wound, she is currently setting boundaries and prefers we don`t touch her neck area while she heals—and we don`t blame her one bit! She is currently receiving care and vet check-ups to make sure she heals up comfortably. Because we want to ensure her recovery is as stress-free as possible, Babushka hasn`t had doggy playdates at the shelter just yet, so a dog-free home (or a home with slow, proper introductions once healed) would be ideal. If you have a quiet home and a patient heart, Babushka would love to meet you!

Story
Hi, I’m Zubat! I’m a big, happy guy who just loves being part of the action! The other day, I wandered over to a public park to see if the kids practicing there needed an extra teammate. I didn`t get to play in the game, but when the shelter team arrived, I ran right up wagging my tail and hopped right into their truck! I’ve got lots of happy energy to share, I walk great on a leash, and I even know how to `sit` when asked nicely. I do great with other dogs, so I’d love a buddy to play with! Because I’m a strong, handsome big boy, I’m looking for a family who knows and loves sturdy dogs like me. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, energetic partner in crime, ask to meet Zubat!

Story
Hi there, I’m Napoleon! People always stop to tell me how unique I look! My shelter friends tell me I have a rare fawn coat—a cool genetic twist on the standard chocolate Doberman that gives me a silvery, metallic-beige look. Some folks even confuse me for a Weimaraner! I might play it a little cool and timid when we first meet, but give me just a little time, and you’ll see my real side: goofy, clumsy, and full of love! I’m super easygoing—I even sat like a good boy while the shelter team gave me my shots and preventative.I do awesome on leash walks and love hanging out with other doggy friends! The only big rule for my future home is no cats, please. If you have a cat-free home and a spot on the couch for a sweet, silly guy like me, come ask for Napoleon!

Story
Meet Rampage — A Gentle Soul Learning the Ropes ??Don`t let his bold name fool you—Rampage is actually a sensitive guy who is just taking in a big, brave new world! Found roaming with a doggy buddy, everything about shelter life and home life is completely new to Rampage. We believe Rampage may have never walked on a leash before, so leash restraint makes him a bit nervous right now. He’s taking things one step at a time as he learns that humans and leashes equal safety, love, and good things! With other calm dogs, he just needs a moment to feel comfortable. Rampage is currently taking some quiet time to decompress and build his confidence. He will thrive best in a patient, loving home (or foster!) that can give him time, gentle guidance, and reassurance. If you have a soft spot for helping a shy dog bloom into a devoted companion, Rampage would love to meet you! ??
