Looking for a Loving Home for Drako. This cuddle bug is Drako, a 7-year-old sweetheart whose birthday is in October. He absolutely loves people—especially women—and is happiest when he’s spending time with his humans. Drako enjoys playing fetch (although it might turn into a one-sided game—you may have to chase him to get the ball back 😄) and tugging with a stick. He also loves relaxing and cuddling on the couch or bed. ✔️ Kennel trained ✔️ Potty trained ✔️ Knows some tricks: sit, shake, jump Drako hasn’t been around children very much, but he has done well when he has been around them. He is also okay around cats. Drako is an active dog who will thrive with someone willing to give him time, support, and continued training. He can be reactive toward other medium or large dogs, which is why he needs to be the only dog in the home. This decision has been very difficult, but with other senior large dogs in the home who he doesn’t get along with, that's why needed to find a home for Drako

Story

Sterling is four years only his birthday is on Valentines Day. He loves to go outside and enjoys chewing up toys. He is pretty hyper at first when visitors come by because he loves everyone but once he calms down he is a really good dog. Sterling is my life, he is like a child to me, he has been an inside dog his whole life but he does have a doggy door he can go in and out of to use the bathroom and play and soak up the sun. He was hit by a car a few months ago which caused him to have a limp in his front leg so he can’t walk too far or it gets sore. Sterling is use to being around me only he has never been around kids or other animals for very long but he hasn’t ever shown aggression towards anything besides cats and other male dogs. Sterling is use to being the center of attention. He is spoiled and loved through and through. He is very smart and knows lots of tricks. I have cancer really bad and need to find him a home with a new companion that will love him as much as I do.
