As most boxers are, Leonidas is a big-time wiggle butt. He gets so excited to see his mom and dad when we wake up, when we come home, or even us just getting up from the couch. He loves being around his mom and dad. And as boxers do, he loves to lean on you and be next to you to show his love. He’s super smart. He picks things up right away. He’s been so easy to train and he knows when he’s going to be trained because he knows the sound of pulling snacks out of a bag to train him. He loves to take drives in a car and put his head out the window. If you start to drive a bit faster, he’ll pull his head back in and lie down until you slow down or come to a stop. He does have resource guarding issues with food, snacks and toys. He seems to have a lot of anxieties that could lead to him nipping/biting us during these times. We hope this rescue can help with correcting these behaviors.
