Dennis the menace was a pretty cute kid. Therefore I am cute too! I am an adult, with puppy-like exuberance for life and food! I arrived at the rescue with my wife (Dee Dee) and our kid (Donna) after being left in our backyard when our "family" moved. Can you imagine? I gave them 3 years of devotion, and they just leave me like an old newspaper..... So, enough about my sorted past, let's look at my BRIGHT FUTURE!!! I am a handsome guy, full of love for life. I love female dogs, male dogs are more challenging because I am an alpha sort of dog, with the females I am fine- even dominant females like my Dee Dee. I am a good 60lbs, I'm such a big boy who makes for great cuddles! I am a good protector of your home and my people. I won't let those pesky neighbors over, unless you invite them ;) I have lots of fun running and playing and I would be a great outdoor adventure buddy! Let's get on the trails and go! Hi everyone, I would like to introduce you to Argentina we call (Tina) a two year old pup, my husband and I have fostered for the past 12 weeks. She is a loving companion who brings daily joy to our home. She is potty, trained, crate trained, treat motivated, and loves to play in the yard with our four-year-old dog. She is a smart, eager student, who has learned to sit, come, lay down, and touch. She is a delightful sidekick who wants to cuddle and give lots ofkisses. She has come so far with us after enduring a difficult history. Most of her past is unknown. She has been through abuse, trauma, as well as under nourished. She still walks with a slight limp due to a bullet grazing to her left shoulder. She could only put a little pressure on her left leg when we brought her home, but now is weight-bearing and enjoys short walks. She does have fear with people she doesn't know. We found with lots of treats and gentle words she as well as allowing her to decompress she becomes accepting to others in the home. The reason we are looking for a new family or individual to foster or adopt Argentina is because we have two dogs, and our own 14 month old puppy is too energetic and rough for Tina. She will continue to grow with warm-hearted care and a comforting environment. She is such a good - natured dog that deserves a supportive welcoming home. Walt has been with us for a little bit of time now, but most recently he has spending his days kicking back and relaxing in his foster home. If you're looking for a dog that is easily entertained by his environment then Walt "The Great" would be the guy for you. In his foster home Walt believes in the sentiment of ALL play, and no work. He currently lives with two dog brothers, and values their "rough and rowdy" play style. Walt's fosters shared with us that he has a HUGE passion for treats and puzzle toys, this includes but is not limited to; Peanut butter filled Kongs, Kong chews, chew bones, and all the other varieties of puzzle toys that exist in the world. Walt isn't an "all-or-nothing" kind of dog either, he is happy to share his belongings and his space with others, however, Walt does appreciate having his own space in his crate whenever his temporary humans or gone or snoozing.
