Story
Meet Radar — proof that love doesn’t need sound to be heard. Radar may be deaf, but he doesn’t let that slow him down one bit. His world may be quiet, but his heart speaks volumes. This precious 8-month-old, 30lb pup came to PAR from an overcrowded shelter, where his life was at risk. Now, he’s been given a second chance - and he’s making the most of every moment. Smart and treat motivated, Radar already knows sit, down, and stay, and he even rings a bell when he needs to go outside. He’s affectionate, playful, and happiest when he can curl up on you beside you for a nap. Radar gets along great with dogs of all ages and sizes. He’d love a family who’s home often or one that can take him to daycare for playtime with friends. A fenced yard would be ideal so he can safely run, explore, and bask in the sunshine. Radar is ready for a family who will see him for the incredible dog he is - loyal, joyful, and full of love.ved application and you can wait till you find the perfect match. ##2503697##

Story
My name is Miss Debbie. I rescued Marley from a family member who is now homeless. I, however, am not physically/financially able to sustain Marley as well. I'm trying to find him a new forever Home. Marley is 8 years old boxer/golden retriever mix. He doesn't have floppy lips so he doesn't drool. Marley grew up in the household with only one owner. I feel he would benefit from having a new family with big fur/human brothers and sisters to play with. Bc he loves lots of hugs and kisses. He is a house dog and is house broken. But has not been neutered. He doesn't chew or destroy the furniture. He is calm inside the house. He likes to sit at your feet while watching TV and sleep at the foot of the bed. He is very polite and often tries to communicate with you. He does enjoy long walks and loves car rides. fireworks scare him. I don't have the money to purchase Marley a bed or a proper walking harness. And am seeking help from the Charlotte humane society to get him neutered.

Story
Hi, I’m Hugh! I’m a 4-year-old pittie/boxer mix with a big heart and an even bigger smile. Everyone who meets me says I’m the sweetest boy. I’ve never met a stranger, and I especially love kids! Life wasn’t always easy for me, but I’m making up for lost time with all the love and energy I have to share. I’m neutered, crate trained, and fully up to date on my vaccines. I am heartworm positive, but some of the cost of treatment will be covered to help my future family get me healthy. Here’s what you should know about me: • Super people-friendly (love, love, love attention) • Kid-approved • High energy — I’m always ready for fun • Crate trained • Playful with dogs (I come in a little hot, but I just want to make friends) • No cats, please! I’m looking for a family who can give me the exercise, structure, and love I’ve been waiting for. If you’re ready for a loyal companion with lots of love to give, I’d love to meet you!

Kids: no children for Bella Vida, but teenagers, may work! Dogs & cats: Bella Vida is looking to be the only pet in your home. --=========================== Bella Vida is a big personality wrapped in a beautiful white coat. She’s confident, sassy, and needs an assertive human who can match her alpha energy with calm leadership. She’s not exactly the Einstein of the dog world—and she’s definitely a little clumsy—but her goofy charm and lovable nature win everyone over. Bella’s the kind of girl who will make you laugh daily, whether it’s with her thunderous post-workout snoring or her signature backseat move: belly up, paws in the air, cruising in style. This quirky boxer has some strong opinions—especially when it comes to her ball of the day. With a collection of 15+ to choose from, she carefully selects the one and will turn up her nose at any other imposter. Don’t worry—she’ll dig through her toy basket until she finds the chosen one. Bella Vida is also a people-watching pro, spending hours at the window like a little watchdog queen. She’s got love to give, a personality that fills the room, and a funny streak that never quits. She’s not for the faint of heart—but if you’re ready to be her partner in crime, she’ll be your fiercely loyal, endlessly entertaining best friend.
