Slick Rick is a great dog. He loves to play, and is very affectionate. He needs a family that will be able to spend time with him and has a fenced in back yard or an invisible fence. He definitely needs someone that can work with him and train him.

Story
Meet Blu, who comes to us from the community. His journey hasn't been easy. This 1-year-old, 75 lb., boy spent his entire life in the woods with a homeless companion before being surrendered. Now safe and loved in our rescue, he's ready to find his forever home where homelessness will no longer be his reality. Blu is very smart, confident, housetrained, crate trained, learns quickly and is eager to please. He knows sit already, leashes up well, rides well in the car, is very affectionate, loves his stuffies, playing fetch, and outdoor adventures. Blu is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. He is great with new people and friendly dogs who match his enthusiasm. Blu would love to go to an active household with love, and positive guidance. He would make an excellent family dog. He is currently living in boarding and is also in need of a foster home. If you are interested in adopting or fostering Blu, please reach out to us for an application.
