Story
Dennis the menace was a pretty cute kid. Therefore I am cute too! I am an adult, with puppy-like exuberance for life and food! I arrived at the rescue with my wife (Dee Dee) and our kid (Donna) after being left in our backyard when our "family" moved. Can you imagine? I gave them 3 years of devotion, and they just leave me like an old newspaper..... So, enough about my sorted past, let's look at my BRIGHT FUTURE!!! I am a handsome guy, full of love for life. I love female dogs, male dogs are more challenging because I am an alpha sort of dog, with the females I am fine- even dominant females like my Dee Dee. I am a good 60lbs, I'm such a big boy who makes for great cuddles! I am a good protector of your home and my people. I won't let those pesky neighbors over, unless you invite them ;) I have lots of fun running and playing and I would be a great outdoor adventure buddy! Let's get on the trails and go! Dennis can only be adopted in the local area. Local adoption fee is $200.

Story
💙WELCOME BRUNO 💙 Bruno was rescued from West LA Shelter in Los Angeles CA with his mama Lola (we suspect!). They shared a kennel for 8 long months, cuddled on a cold concrete floor waiting for help 😢 Thank goodness for our AMAZING foster, who took them both in and has helped them remember what it's like to be dogs again! They are living the PNW dream!🌦️ 🧢After decompression and evaluation, we feel the best thing for Bruno and Lola is to adopt them separately. They have been successfully separated and are enjoying one on one human time! 🧢 🔵 Bruno is a stoic boy at about 2️⃣(ish) years old. He is still gaining confidence and understanding of what life outside of bars looks like! He is loving and silly! 🚙Bruno's FAVORITE activity is riding in a side by side with his foster dad🚙. He'll jump right in and enjoy the ride! He has been working on his basic commands, leash walking and also loves hiking! He is an absolutely GORGEOUS boy that has waited for his forever him for long enough!! Bruno would do best in a home WITHOUT other dogs, with a human that loves to exercise and understands and has patience for him. And owner MUST have an off roading vehicle!!! Kidding, but that would be a major plus! 🍃 🌀This sweet boy will require ongoing training and understanding that he does not do great with other dogs. He does have some leash reactivity to dogs that his foster is working on. He has been around farm animals and enjoys being outside. He is devoted and loyal and loves his humans. 🤟🏽Please consider adopting Bruno and giving him the life he has always dreamed of! 🚗 Bruno will be your shotgun rider for life!🚙 Dogos are a wonderful breed but we urge anyone interested to dig in and do a lot of research before deciding if they are a good fit for your home. They require a lot of attention and training with them never ends! Boundaries must be enforced and they often need reminders as they push past boundaires you set! Dogos are loving, kind and gentle but don't mistake that for weakness because they are equally powerful and intense as well! Everyone in the home must be on board with having a dogo and play a major role in their daily routines and training. Yes it is work, but the rewards are ten-fold! Lazy homes don't work for dogos as they need stimulation, exercise, and lots of attention too during their younger years. Our goal in rescue is to be as transparent as we can about each and every dog plus make sure new families really understand the needs of a Dogo!

Story
🌷WELCOME MAMA LOLA 🌷 Lola was saved with her (grown) puppy Bruno from West LA Shelter in Los Angeles CA. They were dumped in the shelter and spent 8 cold, long months sharing a small kennel 😔. Thankfully, our angel foster family offered to take them both! After decompression and evaluation, we have decided it will be best for both of them to be adopted our separately. 💕 🌸 Lola is around 5️⃣ years old. She is the quintessential mama dogo: sweet, loving, cuddly and submissive. She does fine with other male dogs and loves her people. 🐴 She has been around farm animals and loves her hikes and walks in the PNW outdoors🏔️. Lola also LOVES a comfy bed to cuddle up and nap on. 😴 She has moderate energy level and would prefer to have a fur sibling! 🐶 🌺Please give Lola the opportunity to have a family of her own! 🌺 These mama dogs are generally SO SWEET and love to find a spot of sunshine and nap all day! She's dripping with sweetness 🍬 Adopt Lola! Dogos are a wonderful breed but we urge anyone interested to dig in and do a lot of research before deciding if they are a good fit for your home.
