Story
Gabby is a cute, lovable tripod, but she doesn't need any sympathy. She's a confident and headstrong girl who needs a confident handler/adopter. Gabby has been trained with rules and boundaries and she thrives to her best potential in that environment. It helps keep her prey drive down when she sees cats or squirrels and interestingly enough, she doesn't bark at them. She has been staying with her trainer, who has taught her to group walk with other dogs of different sizes, though small dogs are still best kept separated from Gabby. One of her favorite things to do is play tug of war. During the exercise, commands are used such as "heel", "side", "middle", and "front". She will fetch a ball. A large 10" or larger Jolly or Giggle ball is used, so she doesn't have to bend too far to pick it up. She has also learned "place" which comes in handy for many situations. Example: "place" command when a visitor comes over. Gabby is not allowed on the furniture, but if it's something you condone, recommend only allowing it on cue (with permission). Gabby has acquired the ideal indoor etiquette- chilling out. She likes to chew on hard, safe toys. Even though she has some male doggy friends at the trainer's home she likes to rough house with, we want to set Gabby up for complete success and recommend she be adopted into a home where she is the queen bee, only pet. Set your rules and stick to them, and Gabby will be a joy to have, providing loyal, affectionate companionship the rest of her days.

This is Nova! She is a sweet mix breed that needs love and attention. I travel too much with my career and I can’t love her properly. She is 8 months old and has her rabies shots. She loves to be rubbed and to play. She is potty trained to go outside. She is great with kids and plays well. She is shy at first but will warm up to you. She is not aggressive and does not bark much. She needs a loving new family that can love her. She is an inside dog.

Story
Meet Powder! Skin and bones when he was found, Powder is now living large at Flying B—literally and figuratively. This boy LOVES to eat and gobbles up every meal like it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to him. (And honestly, it might’ve been!) We know he’ll learn that food will always be there for him from now on. Powder is young, playful, and happiest when he’s part of the pack—running, playing, and soaking up all the love and attention. He recently lost part of his tail due to “happy tail” gone wild. We tried everything to save it, but ultimately, a little tail amputation was the best (and safest) choice. Now he rocks his little nub like a champ—and we think it just makes him even more adorable. Powder is pure sweetness and is so ready for a forever family to call his own. Could it be you?

Story
Biggie is a gentle giant who loves to be around his people. He will happily accept many pets and cuddles all day every day and is looking for someone to give him all the love he deserves. This boy enjoys going on walks and likes to play with a variety of toys. Biggie is not a fan of small children, but would do great in a home with older kids (older teens) and adults. If you think Biggie would be a great addition to your home, please stop by the shelter to meet this lovebug. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Black Weight: 85 Age: 5yrs 2mths 1wks
