Story
Bo is a very energetic 1 yr old purebred Dogo Argentino that I have to unfortunately rehome due to some behavioral issues he is showing with my youngest son who is 10. He tries to dominate my youngest son often by jumping up on him, nipping at his feet/hands. He absolutely can not be around small children as my sons friends would come over to play and Bobert would do the same to them so I can't have any small children over in my home. He is perfectly fine with my teenage son and other teenagers/adults. I absolutely can not afford a behavioral trainer. Bo has been in basic puppy training & intermediate training classes so he knows some basic commands. He is extremely smart and trains well with high value treats. He absolutely needs someone to get his energy out and exercise him. He does need a good sized yard definitely with a fence. He is EXTREMELY protective of his house and property and is very vocal with cars/people going by and people coming over.

I spend my days dreaming of long walks, fresh air, and finding my perfect forever home. I’m a friendly and outgoing girl once I get to know you. I can be a little shy at first, but with a little time and patience, I warm up and form a strong bond with my people. Once I feel comfortable, I’m incredibly loyal and love being close to those I trust.I’m not much of a toy enthusiast, but I really enjoy being outside—especially relaxing in the shade with a good stick. It’s my kind of perfect day.I’ve been living in a foster home with children and have done well with them, as long as everyone takes things at my pace. I do best with slow, positive introductions to new people so I can feel safe and comfortable.I’m looking for a home that will give me a little time to settle in and show my true self.
