Story
COCO - (bday 10/7/2020) 4+ years old, 60 pounds, house trained, dog social, loves her toys, no children. Coco is great! She’s loving and friendly. She loves being near her family and even sleeps in bed with them. Coco can be trusted roaming free when left alone. Such a good girl! She can get along with other dogs and enjoys playing with them.  Just don’t touch her toys. She guards her toys. This behavior can be managed. Feel free to speak with a caretaker about it. Coco is nervous in the shelter. She is starting to come around and we are seeing a sweet girl who’s just curious about this new environment.  Coco is a beauty and when given time and space to get settled in and accustomed to new surroundings and new people, she will show you a vibrant, active and fun girl.  Coco is currently in a back kennel so when you come in to meet her and don’t see her, please just ask. And remember, let her approach you. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 13, 2025, 1:48 pm

Story
CURLY FRY - 1-5 years old, 50 pounds, friendly    Curly Fry is an active and wiggly boy found stray. He was not reclaimed (sigh) and now available for adoption. He approaches the front of the kennel quickly when you walk by. He craves attention. He is easy to handle and was easy to leash even though it was our first time meeting.  Curly Fry was curious of the yard and all the new smells. He ran around but came back almost always immediately when called. He def loves treats and will sit for them swiftly.  Curily Fry chased the tennis ball but didn’t retrieve it. Kinda silly!  He has silky white fur all over with one grey ear and a grey circle on the left side of his face. His nose has a unique pattern of black and pink and his tail is short, wonky and has a couple breaks on it. Such personality! We don’t yet know how he feels about other dogs but will update when we learn more. Curly Fry is hanging in a back kennel. If  you don’t see him when you come in, please just ask.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 12, 2025, 10:15 am

Story
DAISY MAE - 1 year old, 54 pounds, house trained,  Daisy is still a puppy at barely a year old and surrendered when her owner could no longer care for her.  She has tons of energy and is very playful.  She loves all kinds of toys, balls, squeaky, plush & tug. Although we are told she is good with children, we are recommending an adult only home as she can be rough with kids and has a tendency to guard high value items. She likes other dogs but does play very rough and will guard items from them. Daisy was barky at first but then out in the yard, she loved running and running and running, chasing tennis balls, stopping for treats and then running and chasing some more. Daisy Mae is looking for a very active family who will provide plenty of exercise, playtime and training to help curb some of her guarding issues. She is a hoot and in the right home, she will thrive. Daisy Mae is currently in our medium dog adoption kennel so just ask to meet her!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 14, 2025, 4:33 pm
