Story
Ruby is the sweetest girl you will ever meet! She loves kids, cats and most dogs. She is well trained in basic commands (sit, wait, up, down, roll-over, spin, high5, shake) and only barks to alert me to strangers on the property (she's better than any alarm system). She will come with everything she needs; crate, bedding, all necessary food/grooming supplies, food storage container, toys, coats, life vest for swimming (loves to swim, kayak and camp) leash & harness, bulk stock of poop bags, 5 months of heartworm/flea meds, glucosamine supplements (given daily since 1yr old to prevent joint issues) Complete health file with AKC paper work. She just had a wellness exam this month and received a clean bill of health from Dr. Quarrels at Fircrest Veterinary Hospital who has been her vet since she was 10 weeks old. I hate that I must rehome her, but she deserves more than I can give her now. I'm seeking a person/family that can commit to daily walks and will love her as much as I do!

These pups are in Seattle, Washington too!

Story
Welcome Barron to CCPAL Rescue. Barron is a 4.5 month old Mastiff/Great Pyrenees. Barron is extremely affectionate and stunningly beautiful. This whole litter is soft, cuddly and affectionate. Barron would be great with a family with children. This dog has guardian breed, and would be a great family dog. He would be wonderful for a family with a dad that travels and wants to see his family has a dog that will watch out for them. Yeti went to a family with younger children and he is doing great. This is Barron’s brother. We prefer children to be 8 or older. He should be 60 pounds full grown. He likes water, decent on a leash and area trained. He will go on a potty pad. He is good with other dogs bigger than himself. His dad is a Dogo and mom is a Great Pyrenees. He energetic but can calm down and be extremely cuddly and affectionate. He has a soft coat and not a huge shedding dog. He has longer hair a little more like the GP momma. This breed is a guardian breed family even though she shows no signs of guarding anything at the moment. He is getting his vaccinations and will be ready for his forever home soon. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont and all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. This is a very desirable breed. Please be patient when you put in your application. We are being very careful in vetting people and we are a small group of volunteers. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org See his cute video!!

Story
Everyone has a crush on Crush. Seriously — this is the best looking dog you`ve ever seen in your life and he`s got a great personality to boot. Crush loves playing in the play yard with the volunteers and can play independently too — tossing toys to himself! This pup also gets to go jogging with the running team. He knows “sit”, “touch” and “shake”. Crush also enjoys pausing for head scratches while gazing into your eyes. He`s well behaved and quiet in his kennel, and has a chunky head that is very smooshable! The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets!
