You will save on vet bills too!  Limit the overly processed dry food and ensure cat eats all the wet food daily. She will give head butts and paw pats to get her foster mom to give her pets. She’s a purr machine and very playful. LIKES/DISLIKES/OTHER ANIMALS/CHILDREN: Missy loves to be pet on her head and neck. She purrs really loudly and will do anything she can to get more attention and pets from her foster mom. She will give head butts, roll over, meow and paw at her foster mom until she gets more attention. She sometimes will get overstimulated when getting pet, usually when it’s past her head and neck area. She may give a swat or two (no claws out) but will come right back for pets , while she’s purring the entire time! She’s very food motivated and loves all kinds of different foods. She’s learning to play and becoming more playful each day. She was very uncomfortable with men when first rescued, but is becoming more and more comfortable with them in her foster home. She is a little uncomfortable around other cats, especially very playful ones , but is doing better each day. She would do best with a calmer cat or two in her home (or she’d be fine as an only cat too!) She hasn’t been around dogs or kids in our care. She would have to be with calm kids or cat friendly dogs in order to do well with them. MIssy isn’t good with sudden movements and loud sounds. She will need a patient adopter in order to adjust in a new home. She has made really great gains while in foster care. Her foster mom believes she will continue to open up and blossom when in a home that works with her and gives her lots of love and patience. ***Please remember; our cats have a low thirst drive and NEED the moisture in the wet food. Since wet food is 75% moisture and dry food only 10%, that is huge for our felines.
