Meet River: The Sweet and Shy Feline! Hello! I’m River, a soft and sweet girl who may be a bit shy at first, but I have so much love to give once I feel safe. I need my own little hidey hole—a cozy spot where I can retreat when things get overwhelming. It helps me feel secure, and I promise I’ll come out when I’m ready! I absolutely LOVE to scratch on my cat trees, so it’s important to have plenty of scratching posts and cardboard scratchers around. They’re my happy place! I also enjoy gentle brushing with a soft bristle brush; it feels wonderful! I have a few special needs to keep in mind. I require a low-sided litter box all to myself—I don’t like to share! I’m a bit particular about my potty habits, so I prefer to perch on the sides to keep my feet clean. I have sensitivities to chicken, turkey, and peas, which means I can’t have any of those in my diet. It’s really important to check labels because if I eat something I shouldn’t, I might get sick. I’m currently on a strict canned food-only diet to help manage my Feline IBD. I do enjoy the company of other cats and can be quite affectionate once I know I’m safe. If you have a calm home and the patience to help me come out of my shell, I would love to meet you!

Patches is an affectionate, playful, and very active kitten who’s ready to bring joy and fun into his forever home. He’s the kind of kitten who wants to be part of everything—whether that’s chasing toys, climbing to the highest perch, or curling up in your lap for some love. This little guy lives for playtime, especially with wand toys and the laser pointer. He’d be thrilled to have a kitty sibling to wrestle, chase, and burn off energy with, making him a fantastic match for a home with another playful cat. Patches gets along great with other cats and is confident and curious—he even warms up to dogs with time. When he’s not zooming around, Patches enjoys lap sitting, snack breaks (very important!), and showing off his climbing skills.
