Story
Location: Farmington, MN Hi I’m Potato! I was a feral barn kitten when they found me and my brother Pumpkin! Since then I have worked really hard to gain the trust of humans! I’ve made great progress! Although you can’t hold me yet I love to be petted now and will come to you for attention and am currently no longer scared of the little girl in the house! I enjoy a nice soft bed to lay in. Big noises and movement can scare me, but I’ve been handling them better and better each day! Going to a new home will be hard on me at first, but with patience and some time I know I will adjust and show my sweet personality! I know the best home for me is out there! I use the litter box every time and would be ok with a chill kitty at home with slow intros! I’m also very playful and love to chase balls and string toys! Are you my puuurfect home? --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.

Story
Location: Richfield, MN Meet French Fry, a gentle, quiet little boy with the biggest heart. He’s the definition of a chill companion—happy to plop down next to you and soak up all the cuddles. French Fry is still new to the toy world, so watching him figure out how to play is as adorable as it gets. He’s social but soft-spoken, making him the perfect buddy for a calm, loving home. French Fry does have a luxating patella, which simply means his knee can slip at times. It doesn’t slow him down from enjoying a cozy, relaxed lifestyle, and he would do best in a home that understands his need for gentle care and comfort. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
8 month old femaleIf you are reading this information, it is because the cat came to us with no background history, and we haven’t had enough time with the cat to know if they like other cats, dogs or kids yet. It does take time for cats to adjust to the shelter. It is best to come in and meet the cat in person to know what you think of their personality while you are here. We do recommend you bring small children in to meet the cats, we tend to find that most cats will choose the children and be the best of friends. We will give you information on how to properly introduce cats together. All our cats use the litterbox but that does not imply that we know what they’ll do in a different environment. Please bring along a crate for your adopted friend. We do have cardboard carriers at the shelter as well for $7.50 plus tax. We also ask that you bring landlord permission, and that declawing is not recommended.

Story
Angel is a sweet, beautiful, affectionate kitty. She gets along with other cats but prefers to keep to herself. Angel is still not sure about toys. She prefers to lounge on a bed in a quiet room. She likes being petted but in moderation. Mostly she just wants to be around you in your space. She is very friendly, and will tease you - don't fall for it. She does not like that tummy rubbed!Angel has had a complete wellness exam, is microchipped, spayed, tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV, and is updated on vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $250.00 which includes a free wellness exam within 7 days of adoption. angel is currently located in a foster home. Payment is either cash or check. Sorry, we do not do any out-of-state adoptions. ADOPTING A PET IS A LIFELONG COMMITMENT!
