Story
Mr. Chill is our gorgeous solid grey and white long haired handsome, young boy that is a miracle cat.  A vet that Critter Cavalry Rescue works with, called about Mr. Chill who was brought in to their clinic with a badly broken leg that required surgery and a pin in his leg.  The senior couple could not afford the surgery and they were going to euthanize this handsome boy.  Critter Cavalry Rescue paid the $1,000 bill to fix his leg and save his life.  He was worth it !!!!  His regular name was Cloudy but we nicknamed him Mr. Chill.  He has been healing so nicely and getting friendlier and snuggly the past 3 weeks since we picked him up from the vet’s office after surgery.  He greets his foster mom at the door in the morning, ready for her to pick him up and hold him over her shoulder.  He wants lots of head scratches, please!  He has started walking on all four legs now, but he still travels with a slight limp in his giddy-up.  Thankfully all the nerves in his paw seem to be intact and we marvel at what a trouper he has been!  As you can see from his good looks , he is also a gentleman and has been so tolerant of the other younger and more energetic kitten in the cat room of the house.  He has never hurt her; he hasn’t even growled to ask her to please quiet down and behave.  He just embraces the fun.  Mr. Chill is all that and more….such gentle boy.  He is  destined to become a lap cat, not because he has to, but because he wants to.  Purring is guaranteed with his adoption and at no extra charge!   Please write to us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   April 23, 2024, 9:08 am

Story
I'm trying to find a home for this lovely fluffy lady, Midnight. Her owners abandoned her in my neighborhood. She is very sweet though; she LOVES being petted and purrs like crazy! She is flea and tapeworm free now, and negative for FIV and leukemia and had no ear mites! She was originally a little sick/sneezy/full of boogers but the vet gave her Clavamox drops and she's mostly back to full health now. She also has a heart murmur which the vets would like to keep an eye on and do some bloodwork for. They quoted me at $85 for that. She's missing some incisors and other teeth and has "grade 2 dental disease" in the back of her mouth, so that will likely have to be addressed at some point. I would be happy to recommend my vet (they are very good and cheap) and help out with medical bills and send some supplies like food and her litter tray along with her to whoever adopts her! I just really want her to find a good loving home. Please help me keep her out of a shelter

Please contact foster at debralovesbooks@hotmail.comLouie is the most majestic cat you’ll ever meet! He is a bit reserved, who warms up slowly to people (he doesn’t want folks to know that he’s actually a gentle, soft giant)Mama and Louie are a bonded pair. They have been together their whole lives, and are looking for that special someone who can give them a fur-ever home together.

Story
Please contact foster parent at doctormomnc@gmail.comEvergreen is a 10 year old long haired tuxedo female. She is spayed She was surrendered to the shelter in February when her owner lost her own home. She came to us badly matted so much of her hair got shaved off but it’s coming in great now. She also needs to gain a couple of pounds, her foster mom is working on that She’s very lovey and jumps up to get scratched around her head, ears and under her chin. Not yet trusting enough to get picked up, but she lets you brush her and she’s really going to need almost daily brushing to prevent her fur from matting againShe sleeps at the foot of the bed, quietly all night. She loves her little stuffed mouse and is really playful. She’s quite petite so it’s easy to mistake her for a kitten. She really doesn’t show her ageIf you are interested to meet Evergreen (Evie), please contact doctormomnc@gmail.com

Story
Angel is a long hair beauty, she was trapped as a feral in a colony, and we planned to release her back out till we learned about her personality. Angel turned out to be the sweetest girl ever. No kids, or older quite kids would be the ideal situation for her. We feel that she must have been a drop off, because she is so social and sweet. She gets scared of loud noises, and that's why we say older children. Her best friend is a dog, a slow quiet dog would be an ideal sibling

Story
Hank is a very loving boy who is really deserves a great home. He has had a hard time in life, living on his own and was badly injured, probably by a coyote. Hank is very lucky that an animal rescue volunteer found him and hundreds of dollars later, he is now very healthy, completely vetted, fixed and up-to-date on his shots. Hank has a beautiful thick black coat and loves to cuddle. He just wants to be loved so badly. Not sure of his exact age but Hank really deserves a loving home and a chance to start living the good life. He doesn't get along with other male cats but loves girl kitties - he loves the girl cats he is living with now in his foster home. Please give this sweet boy a chance - he just wants to love you and be loved. Email info@angelstotheanimals.org for information and application. You must be 22 to apply.

Story
Hi, meet Justice! He is a 4 year old Main Coon mix I’m not 100% sure of what else. But I found Justice roaming around a Home Depot parking lot in summer of 2020 he was around 7-8weeks old and we’ve been together ever since. He is a big strong loving and caring guy that loves to cuddle and play and enjoys eating! He does well with children and other cats and dogs, he acts like a dog some days in my opinion lol He goes to the door when someone knocks, waits for me by the door when he hears me coming back home and is very active loves playing with balls. I am 6months pregnant and due to unforeseen circumstances will be moving to the West coast with family in a couple of months and I can’t bring him with me. Please let me know if you are interested thank you!
