• This handsome boy is Juju!• Juju came to the HSYC as a stray so what we’ve learned so far is…o This boy is gorgeouso He came in not so gorgeous … completely matted which is painful so he wasn’t happy. o After stray hold, we got him clipped and he started feeling much better. o He is estimated to be just under 1.5 years young. o He is his OWN DUDE. He knows what he likes and doesn’t like. o He enjoys your company but not a fan of being picked up. So on HIS TERMS!• He is neutered, vaccinated, micro chipped and tested. • He has now been with us over 4 months. Pretty Girl is a true survivor. She was rescued from the euthanasia list at Animal Control after a heartbreaking start to life. Born outdoors, she struggled to survive and often went hungry. Thankfully, a compassionate person trapped her and brought her to Animal Control to be spayed. That act of kindness ultimately saved her life. Since moving into a foster home, Pretty Girl has made remarkable progress. She has learned to trust, and every day she becomes a little more confident. One of her sweetest quirks is that she insists on being brushed before every meal. In fact, she won’t eat until she’s had her special brushing session—a ritual that has become her favorite way of feeling safe and loved. Pretty Girl is looking for a quiet, forever home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace. She needs to be the only pet, with no other cats or dogs, and she will thrive with someone who understands that trust cannot be rushed. It may take months—or even years—before she feels comfortable curling up in your lap, but every small step forward is a meaningful victory. If you are a patient, compassionate person who finds joy in earning an animal’s trust, Pretty Girl could be the perfect companion. She doesn’t demand constant attention or affection. What she needs most is a calm home, gentle understanding, and her daily brushings from someone who believes she is worth the wait. After everything she has overcome, Pretty Girl deserves a family who will love her for exactly who she is and give her the happy ending she’s been waiting for.

Jasper is one of the most cuddly lovable and adorable cats you would ever meet. He loves to lounge he loves to play and he LOVES to be cuddled. He is great with other cats, kids, and dogs. Once he is comfortable he is very relaxed and chill. A new spaces it may take him a little time to get comfortable as he will try to hide into a cat ball. He loves being picked up and held when he is afraid or anxious. Food is the love of his life. He is currently at a healthy weight but he is not a good open feeding cat as he will try to eat as much as he can even if he does not like the food. He makes an amazing pet and will quickly become your best friend.
