Story
Meet Remington (“Remi”) Remington is a beautiful white and gray long-haired cat, born in September 2017. She’s healthy, graceful, and has a sweet yet independent personality—our little princess! Remi enjoys being around people and will happily curl up in your lap (especially if there’s a soft blanket involved). She prefers gentle affection, especially head scratches, and will let you know when she’s had enough—she’s got a bit of sass in her charm. She gets along well with other cats after a short adjustment period and even takes on a “motherly” role, grooming her feline friends. Remi is particular about her litter box and appreciates when it’s kept clean. While she’s not a big fan of young children, she’d thrive in a calm home where she can enjoy companionship, cozy naps, and the occasional pampering she deserves. We are heartbroken to rehome Remi due to worsening allergies in our household, and we’re looking for a loving home that will cherish her as much as we do.

Story
This tiny pair of black fluffy kittens is double the fluff and double the charm. With their soft, midnight coats and bright, curious eyes, they move through the world like two pocket-sized shadows—always together, always exploring. Whether they’re pouncing clumsily on toys, wrestling in a tumble of fuzz, or curling up in a single cozy heap for a nap, their bond is as sweet as it is adorable. Small, soft, and full of kitten wonder, these two bring a magical kind of joy to everyone who meets them. Each has a $200 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. If you would like to adopt, please fill out the application through the link or the website at -www.whiskersofohio.org - please note that the "I'm interested" tab on Petfinder does NOT act as an application, this should only be used for specific questions before committing to an adoption. You will receive an email confirmation when your application goes through. We make no breed guarantees; we are a rescue, not a breeder. Please only apply for a specific kitten if you are committed to adopting! Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications. Story
Keto is a fluffy, orange 8 year old boy with a heart as big as his appetite. Diagnosed with diabetes, he navigates life with courage, charm, and a little help from his humans. Despite his condition, Keto remains playful and affectionate, often found lounging in sunbeams or demanding head scratches. His signature purr can melt stress in seconds, and his resilience inspires everyone he meets. A true warrior in a ginger fur coat, Keto is proof that even the coziest of kitties can live life to the fullest—one insulin shot at a time. He does require insulin twice daily at this time, but we are hoping with better diet control that we an help eliminate his dependency on insulin! This sweet 8 year old boy has a $100 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.
