Story
This sweet baby showed up at our house one day. He was skin and bones. But he is so friendly and clearly was someone’s indoor pet. We took him to our vet and he is not chipped. He had a rabies tag from 2011. We went to that vet and they tried all the numbers in file and all were disconnected. The vet wonder if their person passed in and family/friends abandoned him. He is so sweet and gentle and took to us immediately. Sadly, we already have 2 dogs and 2 cats that live indoors. The cats were not having the addition of a 3rd cat. Please adopt this sweet baby before it gets any colder outside. He needs a living person that will let him live indoors.

Story
Meet Mirian, a stunning longhaired dilute calico kitten with a big personality and a heart full of potential. Born to a stray neighborhood cat, Mirian spent her first four months outdoors. Over the past month indoors, she’s blossomed into a sweet, playful companion who’s learning to trust and love.Mirian is still getting used to people, so she’ll need a patient adopter who can give her the time and space to feel comfortable. Once she warms up, she’s a loving girl who enjoys lap time, ear rubs (her favorite!), and even sleeping in bed with her trusted human. She has a demanding side and isn’t shy about voicing her opinions—whether it’s about breakfast being late or pets ending too soon. This social butterfly adores other cats and loves to play. She’s familiar with dogs, though she prefers cats as her playmates. Mirian’s love for canned food and treats is the way to her heart and the perfect trick for winning her over in no time.Mirian is happiest when she’s part of the action, whether it’s perched atop a cat tower keeping watch or hanging out in the same room with her people. Her ideal home would be a quiet one where she can continue to build her confidence and be her playful, affectionate self.If you’re ready to offer Mirian a lifetime of love, patience, and ear rubs, she’ll reward you with purrs and plenty of feline charm.
