Story
Cowboy is my name and being beautiful is my game! My 2 brothers and I were born into a colony in a NW OKC neighborhood that a nice lady was feeding.  Unfortunately she wasn't spaying or neutering and the colony was getting out of control. She came to a PAWS-OK fundraiser and told her story or our director who agreed to take the youngest at that time (us 3) if she would work on S/N for the rest.  I am a beautiful boy with a loud purr but shy about approaching new people. PAWS-OK is a small foster based non profit rescue operating in the OKC area since 2008.  All our cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, tested for feline leukemia and FIV, up-to-date on their vaccines, litterbox trained and fostered in a volunteers home.  We are committed to placing our rescues in the most loving homes that we can, regardless of how long it takes.  Our kittens are kept with their mothers for as long as possible and not offered for adoption until they are at least 16 weeks of age.  A handful of our available felines can be seen in the PetSmart Adoption Center in Rockwell Plaza (8357 N Rockwell) during normal store hours.   If you are interested in adopting a new cat from PAWS-OK  for your family, please go to our Adoption Request form at https://form.jotform.com/pawsokrescue/adoption-request-form.  Your Request will be processed by a PAWS Volunteer who may reach out to you via email to clarify your information if needed. Processing normally takes 2-3 business days.  If your request is approved, an Adoption Counselor will contact you to set up a phone interview or a time to meet with them at our Adoption Center.  If we cannot help you, we may redirect you to other sources for a cat that may better fit your situation.  Thank you for looking at our available cats and kittens.  If you have any questions, please reach out for us at pawsokrescue@gmail.com.   May 14, 2026, 12:11 am

Story
Hi, my name is PeeWee because I was the smallest survivor of a litter of 5 born in a PAWS-OK foster home.  My mom was a Siberian and when she got out of her owners home for a few nights and got pregnant. They didn't want the "mixed" kittens(?).  Their loss because I am a gorgeous "mini Maine CoonX cat.  I don't like a lot of change (see my stink eye ^^^) am shy of new people, and don't like to be held and cuddled but I'm not agressive.  I'd like a quiet home where I can relax, get groomed (my hair is a chore for me) and learn to accept people touching me more. Story
This is tobias he is a 5 YO grey domestic long hair. So a little back story he is the absolute sweetest most intelligent cat ive ever had. I love him dearly but i recognize i am not a great fit for him now and i want him to be in an environment he can thrive in. He never had an issue prior to me having a baby he became incredibly stressed and blocked twice so he had to have the PU surgery he is still peeing outside of the litter box due to stress. I believe because i just dont have the time to give him the attention he deserves or predictable enough schedule. He has to be on bladder spasm medication and urinary cat food. I believe once he is in a calm environment his symptoms will improve. I just want what is best for him. Please consider this sweet boy. He knows how to spin, high five, and sit. He is also a huge lap cat and loves to cuddle. He can be very playful but also incredibly calm. I would like a no young children, no dog home. Thank you.
