Story
Hello, My name is Cornelius. I am a special boy looking for some special people to help me live my best life. I came to OFOSA injured and incontinent from that injury. I have a limp but I am mobile and love to climb but do need to wear diapers. You can see me in some of my cute diapers in my pictures. I only have a stub left of my tail that might make me look even cuter, but I don't care, I can't feel it anyway. I love people and love playing. I don't like when people are trying to do something to me while I am trying to play and get pet, such as put on my diaper, bathe me, or trim my nails. But, I am doing great with getting distracted with a treat while getting my diaper put on. I am a very busy young man so as long as you give me enough playtime I will also sit next to you for a petting session. If you pet my head I will be your best friend. And I am a bit of a goofball so will make you laugh often. Do you like big cats? Perfect, I am about 13 pounds.Do you like to laugh? I can certainly make that happen. I am a goofball.Do you like cats with lots of fur? Great, I have very fluffy paws and a cute poof of hair on my tail as well as plenty of other soft, thick fur to pet.Do you hate cleaning litter boxes? Well, I don't need one. You will have to change my diapers though.Do you like to dress up cats? Since I wear diapers, you can get my washable diapers is so many different colors and designs.Cats: Yes, but I kinda bug other cats sometimes, so looking for young playful cats like me to live with.Dogs: Probably notKids: Older or adult onlySpecial: Incontinent. Wears diapers when free roaming. Has a slight limp but very mobile. Needs regular sanitary trims of groin area due to long fur and being incontinent.

Story
This is sweet Truffles. She a 1-2 yr old - fluffy beautiful girl. She has come out of her shell so much in the 4 months we have cared for her. She LOVES attention and affection. Loves to be brushed and rolls over so we can scratch her belly. She's not a huge fan of being picked up yet but longs to be near people. She would probably love a playmate cat but could be solo also. She is not afraid of our dog. Do you have room in your heart for this big beautiful love??Cats: YesDogs: unsure Kids: older or adult onlyMedical: She has pillow paw (aka Feline plasma cell pododermatitis (PCP)), so she may need medication when she has flair ups, they can also go to remission after treatment and can be fine for a long time. The cause of PCP is somewhat unknown and there may be an allergy component that can cause the swelling.

Story
Bella is an indoor-only cat that loves to be the only animal in the house. She has "guard dog" energy and will growl or pounce at any suspicious movements or noises coming from outside. With her humans she is a pussy-cat. This great cat loves to chew on things you leave laying around like small cables and cardboard and she is a foodie so don't leave edibles on the counter!   Bella loves to play with her buzzing mouse toys and laser pointers. She does alright with kids as long as they're not too rough with her but being your one and only will be her Happy Place. She loves to be held and pet, and even enjoys gentle belly rubs. This sweetheart lives in Beaverton and she is Indoor only! Rehoming fee is $150.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Story
Finnegan was rescued from a hard life on the streets. He is about 8 years old and he needs a calm environment. He loves other animals that don't chase him or bully him. He's just very docile and friendly.  He's great with other cats.  He's very friendly and he stays in his own lane and is s a very "go with the flow" kind of cat.   We want him to be 100% indoors.   He does not like to be picked up and held.   He will swat out and scratch if he's touched in his belly area or hind legs.   A  home with small children would not be good but a quiet life with a senior couple would be perfect for him. He's had all his shots He's been dewormed and given flea preventative.  Indoor only home.  Adoption fee is $85   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Story
Missy is an affectionate healthy older cat who finds herself in need of a new loving home. Green eyed and beautiful, Missy has been the delight of her family, sharing them with one easy-going dog until last year.   At 14 years, she is updated with her shots, teeth checked, nails freshly clipped and got a clean bill of health from the Vet. He said he’s rarely seen an older cat in such good health. She’s either a fluffy Russian Blue or may be a double coated Nebelung, a newer breed that has an unusually affectionate nature.   A very friendly indoor kitty, she’ll keep you company with frequent “talking” and likes nowhere better than your lap. Or if you’re busy, sitting on the back of your chair. Until mid-year last year, she has also been the playful pal of the family’s gentle old dog.  A small cat-friendly dog should be fine with proper introduction.  No cats in the home would be best.  Unlike some cats Missy is not aloof; she’s quite social. When not with you, she’ll like to survey the world through a window or up on her cat tree.    Missy’s owner is in long-term residential-care, so is unable to keep Missy. But she’s determined that Missy live with someone who can take great care of her, and who really will enjoy returning the affection of this devoted cat. When her owner adopted Missy from a shelter 5 years ago and took her for her exam, the Vet laughed and said he could not hear her heartbeat because her purring was so loud. She’s been well taken care of.    If you would enjoy an indoor furry companion for reading or movie watching, Missy’s the best! And she needs a compassionate new home and family to love.  Adoption fee is $60 Indoor only.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Story
Meet Felix, a charming one-year-old longhair cat with a captivating mix of breeds. He's already neutered and fully vaccinated, with his next shots scheduled for next month. Felix is not just your ordinary feline; he's a playful companion who adores laser games and snuggling up with you for a cozy nap. Wet food is his absolute favorite. Felix absolutely loves being petted and getting affection, but he can sometimes get a little too excited. He's one smart cookie and has figured out how to open doors with lever handles, showing off his cleverness. He's always thrilled to have guests over and turns into a purring machine when he gets attention. Despite his endearing qualities, Felix hasn't had the best start in life. His previous owners lacked the time and understanding needed to fully engage with him, missing out on the nuances of his communication and play cues. Now, Felix is seeking a new home with an owner who can offer patience, experience with longhaired cats, and a commitment to providing the love and attention he deserves.  Indoor only.  Adopt fee is $125 This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM.
