Story
This Little Girl wants to find her furever home with you! We adopted the Little Girl from the CAT adoption team in hopes of her being a best friend to our resident cat, Pinto. But after 3 months of multiple methods to her liking our resident cat and lots of patience we came to the very hard conclusion that it is in the best interest for her to be an only cat. Her kitty requirements: to be in a one-pet home where she is the queen (no other cats, dogs, animals, ect) and no small/young children (older teens she may do well--she needs humans that will respect her boundaries and listen to when she says no) and a home where she will have human attention and not be left alone all the time. She is ready to love you with all her 7 pound extra fluffy self if you’re ready and open for all her sweetness, cuddles, and attention she will give you. She seeks the attention of humans, often following you around (especially to the kitchen!) and will ask for cuddles when she wants them (she is an AMAZING lap cat). She will, however, let you know when she’s done with cuddles or it's too much so listening to her is important! But don’t be alarmed, she may have a big voice if she’s unhappy, but won’t go past a loud meow as long as you listen to what she is saying! She looooves head scratches and chin scratches. She tolerates being held, but will let you know when she's done as she will begin to get a little squirmy and/or meow at you. When receiving cuddles she may get to the point of trying to nip you, but I promise you it’s out of love and so far has not hurt at all! When she gets to know you more she will love to sit on your lap and will proceed to fall asleep. When not in a cuddly mood, she can be very chill. She loves looking out the window and loves toys. Wand toys, balls, little toy mice, anything really--she really knows how to entertain herself with a good toy especially if it’s a battery-operated toy that moves on its own! She’ll have her moments of being really playful and have zoomies but don’t fret she’ll calm down and promptly take a nap for a few hours. She's great with the litter box as we’ve had no issues or accidents. Although she used to be a stray, she doesn’t really show any signs of wanting to go outside so I think she got her fill of the outside world and really enjoys being an indoor kitty. She’s spayed, microchipped, all vaccinations up to date, and recently had a dental procedure. She’s healthy as can be! She really wants to find her human to love her forever, and we hope it’s you. Indoor only. Rehoming fee is $75 This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances.
