Story
Merlin is shy but, friendly. Loves to be brushed. He has all his shots and is on Revolution Plus Flea medicine. He has tested positive for FIV. He is about 2 years old. He needs to be an inside cat and is adjusting to that now. He uses the litter box. I can't keep him as I have 6 inside cats and 1 indoor/outdoor one. He was trying to be friends with her (before he was neutered) but she doesn't like him. I'm looking for someone who can care for FIV+ cat. Vet references required.

Story
Meow, dear humans! My name is Madison, and I'm here to share a little piece of my story with you. At a little over a year old, I may be considered a young adult, but I've already learned the importance of love, comfort, and companionship. Let's start with the basics - I'm a gorgeous longhaired brown and white tabby, with fur as soft as silk and eyes that hold a hint of warmth. At 7.5 pounds, I may be slightly larger than my sister, but I've got just as much love to give. Now, let's talk about my personality. I'm very sweet and loving, with a touch of shyness that makes me all the more endearing. While I may not be as bold as some of my feline friends, I'm definitely more approachable than my sister, Megan. I enjoy gentle petting and cuddles, especially when the sun is shining and I can curl up in a cozy spot with my sister by my side. Although I can have a bit more of an active side compared to Megan, I'm mostly a calm cat who prefers the simple pleasures in life. A lap to sit in, a gentle touch, and the warmth of the sun - that's all I need to feel content. My journey began when I and my sister were found as strays, trapped by our local animal control. Despite our circumstances, we remained friendly and open to the kindness of humans, which ultimately led us to the shelter where we found safety and care. When it comes to companionship, I get along famously with other cats and children. As for dogs, well, we haven't had the opportunity to test the waters yet, but with the proper introduction and a calm or older dog, I believe I could adjust just fine. Before you come to meet me at the shelter, please be sure to submit your adoption application online first. This helps ensure that we find the perfect match for each other and that my future family is fully prepared to welcome me into their hearts and homes. Oh, and one more thing - all of us shelter animals come home spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and microchipped. So you can rest assured knowing that I'm ready to embark on this new adventure with you, fully equipped and ready to make memories that will last a lifetime. So, if you're looking for a loyal companion who's equal parts sweet, gentle, and downright adorable, look no further than yours truly, Madison. I can't wait to meet you and show you just how amazing life can be with a furry friend like me by your side!
