Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Oh sweet Patch! She has just returned from a foster home, where she was very loved by her foster family and two adult cats. She now needs to find her forever. Patch is a gorgeous medium to long hair black kitten. Her fur is so soft and she keeps herself looking so beautiful. Her foster said she does enjoy being brushed and also held close to you where she would sit forever if she could. Patch has one eye that is somewhat cloudy, due to some sort of injury as a very young kitten. While in foster, Patch had medication applied daily so our vet says it has healed wonderfully, but will always have a bit of "haze" over the eye. Patch came to us as a single (and injured) kitten, because of this she is a bit reserved at first meeting. She is not the first kitten to come to greet you, but prefers for you to come to her. She loves attention and we do believe she will come out for attention once she is in her forever home and adjusts. Patch will do best for a calm and gentle feline companion. Because she was fostered in a home with adult cats, she does seem to prefer them over the craziest of kittens (although we have some other calm kittens that may not mind snuggle time with Patch). Please consider adding this sweet, calm, and of course beautiful kitten to your family. We just know she will blossom in the right family! *****IMPORTANT******   We require your home to include a similar aged feline companion.  Giving your kitten a buddy will improve the lives of both cats while also making your life easier. Single kitten issues/problems are a real thing. Complete our online adoption application a www.littleorphans.org to start the process of adding an adorable kitten (or two!) to your home. Adoption fees for kittens include spay/neuter, up-to-date age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea preventative, and a microchip.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 18, 2026, 3:47 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check out this handsome fella! His name is Benny a/k/a Big Ben, although we isn't as big as we thought under all that fur. Some of our amazing volunteers gave him a bath and hair cut during his last spa day to find a rather svelte bod! Benny handled it like the perfect gentleman he is, and let the ladies work their magic so he looked and felt his very best before his full shelter debut. This guy did not come in feeling great and not exactly sure how his life brought him to his current situation. A community member that feeds outside cats (feral) noticed when Benny showed up because he didn't seem to fit. He was very friendly and not at all scared of human contact. This man contacted us to help find his owners if he was missing. Unfortunately, Benny had no chip and we received no response to our post. We happily accepted Benny into our shelter and started working on helping Big Ben get healthy. He is very appreciative and has won all of our hearts in the process. Please consider this wonderful cat if you are looking to add to your family.  Complete an app to come and check him out! All of our kitties have s/n completed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.  If you'd like to meet her or any of our great cats/kittens please submit an online adoption application at littleorphans.org. Please give our Adoption Team time to process all the info. The more complete your application is, determines how quickly we are able to process your application. Please try to give your vets office (give prior authorization to release information to us), landlord, and references a heads up to expect our call. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 27, 2026, 2:06 pm
